Don’t waste your time or money buying from Blendjet if you’re ever likely to want service or spare parts!!!
They claim to have delivered replacement parts that I ordered and paid for - they have not! I have now written to them repeatedly to request delivery or refund and there has been no response whatsoever. They are in USA and I am in UK and they know there’s nothing practical I can do to resolve my situation- other than to warn others to avoid wasting their money. Interestingly, I noticed that the firm I bought mine from, no longer sells them! Is there a clue there? I think so!!!

I have no idea if this company are still in existence but if they are avoid them like a disease! Some years ago I bought a Blendjet 2 blender but I have never been able to use it!
Shortly after buying it I was advised by Blendjet to cut the seal in three pieces and send a photo of this to Blendjet along with the serial number who would replace certain parts.
I did this and never heard anything back!
So I have just found this thing in the back of my cupboard and checked the serial number which is 5216005095. This is part of the safety recall but any time I have tried to contact Blendjet they have totally ignored me.
It's quite obvious that this company are nothing but scammers and cannot be trusted.
4.5 million units were involved in this recall so I make that out to be over $280 million dollars this company have stolen from customers.
I gave this one star because unfortunately zero star was not available!

Genuinely one of the worst products I’ve bought. This thing couldn’t blend a SINGLE fresh strawberry. Not frozen fruit. Not ice. A regular chopped strawberry sitting in milk.

I charged it, added plenty of liquid, removed the ice, cut the strawberries smaller, and tried again. Still useless. The blades spin until they encounter the apparently impossible challenge of actually having to blend something.

At that point I realized I could have mashed the strawberries faster with a spoon. Calling this a blender is generous. A blender has one job, and this product failed spectacularly at it.

Mine went straight out of service after this experience. Save yourself the frustration and buy an actual blender.

About 2 or 3 years ago they did a recall and made me cut the plastic inside the blender and send a picture to the company. They said they will send a new blender and to this day I'm still waiting on my new blender. I contacted them twice in the last 2-3 years. One time asking when I'll be getting the blender (they said they're a bit behind but it will come) and one time for a refund (they said they're not giving refunds). Don't waste your time with this company. I bought a ninja instead and it works way better anyways.

Worst customer service! Sent multiple emails regarding my faulty BlendJet 2 with a video proof, but no reply for days. Is this how you treat your customers once the warranty is over? Check your DMs.

This company has completely failed to handle replacement of my recalled item. I submitted my recall form in about April 2024 and followed their instructions to destroy part of the unit. I was told a replacement would arrive in a couple of months, but it's now well over 2 years later and I haven’t received anything – no replacement, no refund, and no responses to recent emails (I've sent many).

This has been an infuriating experience, and I will never purchase from this company again. It’s unacceptable to instruct customers to destroy their units and then completely fail to follow through with a replacement. Their recent customer service has been virtually non-existent and they do not stand behind their word. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very disappointing battery life.

Used sporadically over 3 years, batteries lost charge holding capacity gradually to now manage maybe half of one blend no matter how long charged.

Never had this with any other appliance, even far more energetic ones. In fact, compared to DIY tools holding 20 or more years with far greater and hard-core use this is pathetic. Zlso the fact these are pretty specific spot welded batteries do cannot be replaced by everyone or without great investment. Total lack of responsibility towards resources, planet and customers. Ironic that people moan of Chinese quality when their products are often better.

The only reason these sold were esthetic design and marketing, they’re nit even safe.

Horrific experience with this company. I bought a blendjet, which was working ok. Then saw the recall early 2024. Followed their instructions precisely, in order to be sent a replacement. TWO YEARS LATER, and after lots of emails back and forth, I have still not received a replacement from them. Obviously I gave up a while ago and bought a ninja (much better by the way!). I would never purchase a blendjet again.

Oh look over two years later and I am still waiting for my replacement blender!!!!

Had a recall email in February 2024 and I am still waiting for my replacement! I was using mine daily so waiting almost a year is absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed numerous times to get the usual copy and paste email response! How on earth can they justify making so many people wait so long for the replacement? And to make it worse I had a special edition Toy Story aliens one so if the replacement does ever appear it’s not going to be the same one now!
If I could give a zero rating I would. I will never be purchasing anything from BlendJet again.

Do not buy, I can see m any other complaints on Facebook. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the recall replacement for my faulty blender.

I followed all the instructions requested as part of the recall process in January 2024. Since then, despite numerous attempts to contact customer support and repeated assurances, I still have not received a replacement or a satisfactory resolution.

It has now been an unreasonably long time to wait for a product replacement relating to a safety recall.

Were is my replacment for the blendjet models you recald..

DONT BUY ANYTING FROM THEM..

I bought 3 blendjet 2 . I want a refund for all 3 as they have not worked. I had a red, blue and black purchased from Target and Belks that never worked. I finally got the black one out of lock mode and the other two still flash red and purple. Please help me get my refund.

So like many on here that have left negative reviews, I bought a blendjet there was an international recall around Dec 23, we recieved a message on April 2024 saying due to overwhelming response for replacements mine could take a while. Last correspondence with Lucy from BlendJet (no idea if its a real person or not) was on 30 November 2024 where Lucy had no updates on replacement item.

Its March 2026 now, safe to say im not getting a replacement or a refund. Not sure if this is a genuine scam or just a company that made a faulty item and then couldn't refund/replace the item.

Either way, stay clear is my recommendation.

I purchased 3 blend jets in December of 2022. On January 12, 2024 the company had a recall and sent out emails. Apparently the motors were known to overheat and catch on fire. Blendjet asked for us to 'destroy' the inner seal and take a picture of that broken inner seal with a pic of the bottom of your blend jet with it's serial numbers. Which we did shortly thereafter. I have reached out several time regarding the replacement of these 3 units. All I ever got was the usual, we are working on it. Needless to say Blendjet never sent any replacement units. This company is a scam. It's been well over 2 years and they basically just stole my money. I highly advise that you shop elsewhere for a mini blender. Because they are dishonest and don't deserve business from hard working people. You have been warned, take your money elsewhere! I can read tons of other reviews here on Trustpilot regarding this issue. So they pulled to wool over the eyes of many. I just reached out again on 1/17/2026 with, of course, no response. When you go to their website and click on Support Help Center the page it says "404 This Page Cannot be Found". Shame on you Blendjet, do better!

Track Order - did not get any results 5. Chat function asked for email and I did not get response. ***I would have been better off ordering rubber gasket from Amazon. I will never order anything from their site and may never purchase anything from them again.

ordered 3 X Blendjet march, 6th of 2022 and recall was issued for replacement on December 28th of 2023. Have not heard from Blendjet and have not recieved any replacement units as I've submitted my recall twice!

It's been 2 years since I've been waiting for a product after a recall! They always reply the same - 'supply chain issues' 'You're on the list' 'it will definitely arrive within the next couple of months'.
Next thing I find the company has gone out of business, yet site is active.
I try to place an order and conveniently they no longer ship to my country!

In November 2024, BlendJet announced a product recall and instructed ME to destroy the defective unit and submit proof in order to receive a replacement.

On November 13, 2024, I complied immediately. I destroyed the product as instructed and notified BlendJet the same day.

I received a confirmation stating that my replacement request had been received and that I would receive another email once the replacement was ready to ship.

On November 25, 2024, after I followed up due to no update, I was told there were supply chain issues and that they could not provide any timeframe.

On February 11, 2025, I followed up again, asking for an update and even suggesting they send just the base unit if possible.

On February 14, 2025, I was informed that:

Refunds are not offered

Upgrades are not offered

Full unit replacements are not offered

Replacement kits were on backorder

No timeframe could be provided

Today is February 15, 2026. Another Year!!!!!!!!!

It has been over 15 months since I destroyed my product at their request.

I have received:
NO replacement, NO refund, No resolution,
NO shipping confirmation, NO follow-up,

At this point, this is no longer a “delay.”
It is a complete failure to fulfill recall obligations.

When a company instructs customers to destroy a product for safety reasons, it assumes full responsibility to provide a timely remedy. Keeping customers waiting indefinitely without a solution is unacceptable.

The most concerning part is the lack of accountability. No proactive communication. No updates. No alternatives. Just silence.

Consumers should be aware of how this recall has been handled before deciding to purchase from this company.

I am still waiting.

Avoid!

Like everyone else who got the blender 2, I destroyed part of it and I am STILL waiting for the new part!! It’s been TWO years!! Every time I follow up I’m fobbed off, an when I asked for a refund they refused! Which serves me right buying from America, they wouldn’t be blue to get away with this crap over here!! Abysmal company.

Had to do the product recall stuff, and was promised a replacement.

Lo and behold, the replacement never came. Then found out the company has gone out of business, so no chance for ever getting a refund on the product not replaced.

Really not happy, I would like my refund, though I guess this will never happen.
