It is disappointing that I feel the need to write this review. I joined Stefan and Jannick's coaching programme for approximately £230 per month through their Skool community after an initial discovery call. During that call, I was given the impression that I would likely be placed into a remote high-ticket sales closing role within around two weeks. That expectation was a major reason I decided to sign up. To begin with, my experience was positive. During the first month, we had some valuable coaching calls, I learned a great deal about remote high-ticket sales, and I received encouraging feedback on my progress. I was also told that a call would be arranged with a business owner who was looking to bring me on as a closer. However, as the second month progressed, no opportunity materialised. After around 10 coaching calls over the first two months, I repeatedly asked for updates regarding the promised introduction. Each time I was told they were waiting for a response, but no introduction ever happened. By the time my third monthly payment became due on 19 July, I had serious concerns that the main reason I joined the programme had not been delivered. During the first two months, I had received payment requests, which I was happy to pay because I believed we were making progress. This time, I didn't receive a payment request, and since I had only received one coaching call when I had expected three, I assumed payment would not be taken while these issues were being resolved. When I checked my account on 3 August, I discovered that the payment had already been taken. This came as a surprise to me. I immediately contacted them to request a refund and explained why I no longer wished to continue. They informed me that I had agreed to a recurring subscription and refused to refund the payment. From my perspective, this was disappointing, particularly given that the key outcome I joined for had still not been delivered. While I did gain some useful knowledge from the coaching, I do not feel that the programme met the expectations that were set during the initial sales call. My confidence in the service has been lost, and my experience has left me feeling that the promises made to encourage me to join were not fulfilled. Based on my most recent experience over the last 24 hours speaking to Jannick and Stefan who refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, i strongly erge anybody to not pay your hard earned money to dishonest people like these.

1/5 — Horrible Experience with WOW Vegas My experience with WOW Vegas has been absolutely horrible and extremely frustrating. They allowed me to deposit money and play without any problem. But when I tried to withdraw my money, suddenly everything became an issue. They made me go through the KYC verification process multiple times. I repeatedly submitted my driver’s license, my passport, and utility bills showing my name and address. Even after sending all of this documentation, they kept telling me that the addresses did not match. I honestly could not understand what else they wanted from me. My identification documents clearly show my full legal name, and I provided proof of my address more than once. Every time I sent what they requested, there seemed to be another problem or another reason why they could not verify my account. What makes this experience even worse is that there was no problem when they were accepting my deposits and allowing me to play. The verification nightmare started when I wanted to withdraw my funds. I spent hours communicating with customer service and repeatedly submitting personal documents, only to keep getting the same responses about verification and address issues. This has been an exhausting and horrible experience. Based on what happened to me, I strongly recommend that anyone considering WOW Vegas complete every possible verification step BEFORE depositing or playing with significant amounts of money. I have contacted my financial institutions regarding the transactions while this matter is being investigated.
