Our agent did a great job
Our agent did a great job in guiding me to the best policy and explaining the coverage. I sometimes have trouble with my hearing and I’m not very good at understanding foreign accents. Neither issue was a case for me making it a comfortable conversation not asking for information to be repeated.

The online experience with AARDY was efficient and the coverage was very good for the price, especially the medical emergency coverage. I gave only 3 stars because it wasn’t revealed who the actual insurer was until after payment. I was avoiding this specific insurer because the customer reviews were very negative regarding experiences with claims. The advertised trust pilot rating was for the broker, not the insurance company. It’s my responsibility to know who I’m actually dealing with so I accept the blame but I feel the process could have been more transparent.
