I have a few of these solo fountains because they're easy for my cats to use, dependable, easy to clean, easy to assemble, quiet running, stylish and easily affordable. There is only one odd problem I've experienced: I have one cat who thinks he's a plumber. Somehow he's able to claw the top off the fountain and spill out all the water. I hope the developers decide that clamping the top onto the body would be a good idea. Otherwise, this is a marvelous little fountain that works well.

I like this brand because give me the opportunity the identity the problem why my cat was not eating. It is so helpful to have the product that even when you are not at home still continue monitoring the loves ones.

Arrived on time. Easy to set up. Works really well and eliminates litter odor completely. Also easy to dump clumps instead of combing through the entire litter box.

Have authoship for this product and PetKit has done an amazing job sending me the product without issues. I will highly recommend both the company and the tofu cat litter they sell

On my last purchase , i was tricked into a Worry-Free Purchase. Thiss happened to me the last time i purchased something from petkit. I don't undersrand this false charge. Why should i pay for a worry-free service that should be included. What a rip-off. I will do my best to warn every person i can about this.

Now they responded stating it was my fault. Buyer beware. Don’t fall for the trap.

I bought the EverSweet Ultra with Camera directly from PETKIT in July. Less than two months in, it got stuck in a loop. Every few seconds it announces "Wastewater tank removed," then "Ensure water tray installed and press water refill button," over and over, with both in place and nobody touching it. The pump cycles on and off with it, and it once woke me at 3 a.m. The light around one of the buttons now looks fogged, like moisture got inside.

I filed a warranty claim on September 29. Since then I've sent the serial number, a video and photos. As asked, I checked the water-level sensor, confirmed the firmware was current and moved the unit to different spots. I've heard from four different support agents. Every reply is another troubleshooting step or "we've sent it to the technical team." Now they want me to keep it plugged in for a remote reset while it blares nonstop. I've asked for a replacement more than once and had to buy another fountain in the meantime.

Love this auto litter box! Very quiet, love the waste bin - sealed with the deodorant so no smells and my cat has no issues using it! Wouldn’t have considered having a cat again without it!

Good communication about my order, fast shipping with a mainline shipper, and the product has been fantastic so far.

Device works as advertised. Outbound data only goes to China. I would expect some US connection. Otherwise it’s a great device.

The set up instructions were difficult for me to understand (I'm an older person). It is not recoding all uses. The litter has is full and I've only received a few notices that it was used. It's also not devouring weights correctly

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The engineering behind their products is great but dear Lord, their customer service makes me wish to light my products on fire.

Just set up yesterday and my kitty used it for the first time. So far so good.

We have really enjoyed our pet feeder. It gives us comfort knowing that when we aren't here they are fed properly. I think Rocky and Tia are satisfied with it also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has cats.
