Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, waited quite a while for delivery, but it was just outside of their estimated timescale so not too much of an issue.
Once I received the item the fan runs on it, VERY loud, and even when I turn it off, it turns back on again. I cannot sleep at night it is that loud. It turned on even when the phone is cool itself, so had no reason to try and cool down the phone.
Asked to return as its faulty and they took 3 days to reply to advise that I need to troubleshoot with them or I pay for return postage. Their emails arrive at 3am in the morning, so obviously not based in the UK. If I went through (for arguments sake) a five step trouble shooting it would take almost two weeks to resolve.
They take ages to reply, when they do its just copy and pasts responses. I have raised with my bank and will never buy Ugreen again

I was looking into some products on the website I found what I needed but could not checkout with my company billing details. Ai chat assistant did not help at all and chat support did not respond in time so we switched the conversation to email. 5 days later and did not received any information about my issue.

I bought the UGREEN DXP4800 NAS so my data and apps would be reliable. It has been the opposite.
Every single time UGOS updates, it rejects my admin password. It's the same username and password, saved in my password manager, the one that worked right before the update. There's no "Forgot password" option on the local login, so every time it happens I have to stick a paperclip in the reset button on the back just to get into a device I paid for.
It happened again today. The update also knocked Tailscale offline on the NAS, so everything I ran on it went down, and I couldn't even log in to fix it.
On top of that, SSH shuts itself off even when set to stay on, their own firewall blocks Tailscale, and every update is a gamble on whether you'll still have access.
And when you want to complain? Good luck. I couldn't find a support email anywhere.
The hardware is fine. The software is a joke and the support is invisible. I regret every dollar I spent on this. Buy from a company that doesn't lock you out of your own equipment.
1 star, only because zero isn't an option.
MY ADVICE DONT BUY A UGREEN PRODUCT! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

AVOID!
Purchased from their store. Product doesn't work and have been trying to return it for over a week now with absolutely no response! Avoid these sharks like the plague and be prepared to get your money back via your credit card company! Terrible non existent after sales service.
The response below suggests emailing them, which I have done multiple times asking for a pre paid postage label to return the faulty item, nothing has come through. And don't bother with the automated chat, you answer loads of questions and then get told to email them.
