Booking was seamless, from start to finish the gentleman I spoke to was courteous, helpful and all booked at the end of the call. Also a very short wait, a couple of minutes, before I was connected to a real person.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Seine river cruise. The arrangements for meeting up with our tour coach worked extremely efficiently . The 1.40am pickup time was a tad early but not a surprise, as we were given very good information when we booked the trip. Danny, our tour guide, admitted he hadn’t done this tour before and was working with notes from a previous guide. If he hadn’t shared that information we wouldn’t have known. He was very professional and helpful. Michael, our coach driver was incredible, especially navigating the coach around Paris when it was getting ready for the pope’s visit the next day. The evening meals arranged in Reuil Malmaison on the last two nights were disappointing after the excellent food available on the cruise ship, but were adequate.
The cruise itself was excellent with good accommodation, meals and excursions. Our highlights were Rouen, Honfleur, Caudebec en Caux, and Giverny, and seeing the Eiffel Tower at night. Versailles was a scary crush, possibly due to the timing of our visit. All in all we had a wonderful time

Our first experience of booking with Just Go Holidays was excellent. Heidi was lovely to talk to and guided us through the booking process explaining everything clearly and adding some of her own personal knowledge of our. trip. We are very much looking forward to our holiday.

Our coach driver was excellent. All timings and arrangements worked as planned. Hotel was good, food was very good. The Isle of Man was a lovely place to see and it was good to see and experience virtually all of the island and especially the tram up to Snaefell

We had an amazing 5 day break including 3 hotels which was quite tiring but the hotels were all amazing ..great food spotlessly clean perfect
We were taken around by a great driver (Dave) punctual and efficient. We hada very knowledgeable tour guide (John) who made the holiday both interesting and very helpful with ideas for our free time. Some of our fellow passengers commented that it was too much travelling in short time....we were ok with everything but I wouldn't have said no to an extra night to spread things out a little ..perhaps an extra night in Dublin atea at the end so more time could be spent there

The coach driver Phil was very good. Only down side was the hotel. Not helpful lots of stairs weren't told about lift until after we had been up and down the stairs. This didn't just happen to us but the majority of the coach passengers. But we have booked for next march. The coach trip and driver was fab.

The whole process made simple by the very helpful agent.

Being looked after by good staff, and lovely trips which are affordable

All good thanks except for the last pickup which was nearly one hour late. We didn't get home until after2.15 am

I phoned the day before I actually booked to find out availability and exact location of my local pickup. The lady was very helpful and advised booking soon if I was interested as single rooms are booked quickly. I booked the next day helped by a very polite informative and friendly young man named Tendai. Good service all round. Thankyou.

My cousin & husband wanted a brochure when looking to join us on this holiday BUT because they live in the Isle of Man Just Go refused to send them a brochure. Why, when you were guaranteed nearly £4k of bookings did you refuse.?
