Coach driver was great.
The coach driver was great and very respectful. Hotel was lovely, room very clean and co.fortable bed. Food was excellent with a choice of menu and served at your table. Staff were polite and courteous.

2.30 hours to get from Walsall to Solihull 5.30 in total to get to London
Coach left us at services as didn’t do a head count then was rude to us all trip to the point we got train home

The booking was easy and the trip was good but the hotel was a bit basic the food was ok and the waitresses were very hard working and friendly the night entertainment was not good singers who forgot words but staff very nice the hotel needed up dating it was old and when we got in are room it smelted we had to keep window open all the time we were there.

It was a very good holiday. The hotel was well-situated, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly courteous and helpful and the food was of good quality and quantity. Would be happy to stay there again. The itinerary was very good and included a boat trip, a train trip and interesting places to visit. Overall a very nice 5 day break.

Waste of time
told going to Stratford upon Avon,was expecting to see some sights but was dropped off in the town. As there was a food festival on you could not move about so sat on a bench for 2 hrs + watching the boats and swans on the river. Again next day went to Litchfield dropped off near shops no sight seeing. Spent more time traveling on coach than seeing any sights

Val our driver was a safe proficient driver who went above and beyond to help. Ann our tour manager was excellent too full of knowledge, helpful, patient also going above and beyond.
Great value holiday, hotel was lovely, trips out were enjoyable apart from one train ride. I would definitely book again .
