Overall, a nice trip

Overall, a nice trip. North Wales is beautiful, coach and driver excellent. Enjoyed the excursions, though it's worth planning ahead to take full advantage of the free time available. Hotel was rather dated and shabby. Food perfectly suitable for the tastes of their elderly clientele.

Overall a good experience

Very happy with the coach, driver and hotel. Excursions slightly disappointing- I think we could have done a bit more in the time, but overall good value for money.

Package delivered a bit later than the …

Package delivered a bit later than the maximum delivery time stated. Box was damaged and one jar of food produce was leaking slightly as the cap had come loose. Not a serious problem. All items as ordered. Delivery costs very reasonable if one makes a substantial order.
