We enjoyed our first coach trip so much in May we decided to book another and we were not disappointed! Every aspect of journey smooth and on time and each driver friendly, helpful and courteous. Hotel so central and comfortable, food good and the tours excellent, in fact the whole experience from start to finish, faultless. Definitely hooked now and will look forward to booking another again in the Spring, such good value.

Time slot was accurate so no hanging around to the last minute. Friendly delivery person, strong too to carry the 2 very heavy boxes the length of driveway!

My first experience of a coach holiday with this company and it was really great. Lovely, comfortable hotel with helpful staff, interesting places to visit with plenty of time to explore and an amusing coach driver!

We have been going to the Dona Sylvia in Goa for Xmas & NY with Tui for several years now and as soon as we get home afterwards we book for the next Xmas, that's how much we enjoy it ! We have met a few other couples over the years who also do the repeat experience so it's great to meet up with them again.

The two water butts arrived promptly and were easy to assemble on the bases. I had to have a couple of attempts at screwing the taps on as obviously I hadn't tightened them enough as they dripped initially when I started to fill them. Apart from my lack of strength they are ideal and I may indulge in another couple in the New Year !

I have travelled with Tui many times and always found it so easy to book online however this recent booking was difficult. I successfully made the holiday booking for me and my partner then wanted to select/upgrade our 2 seats but was unable to make a selection as the site kept insisting I was a party of 4 passengers & all 4 seats had to be upgraded ! I decided to drive to the nearest Tui travel shop but they were unable to help as the chap couldn't get into the seat selection either. I had several further attempts online but was told the page was not secure and therefore open to hackers!
Finally I phoned Web support & had to ask the guy there to complete my selection, a very frustrating experience !

I haven't yet bought any blinds but have had a few samples sent to me which have been so useful when checking out suitable colours having recently moved house. I could have made a few blunders as colours viewed on line are not exact . The samples have been sent quickly with no hassle and are not dependent on sales.

Having recently moved I needed some blinds in my new bedroom as having large bifold windows facing east the sun was waking me at 4.30am. I researched for a few weeks but finally chose Hillarys Perfect Fit Therma Shade Blackout blinds after the representative Brian came along and showed me all the options available. I am really pleased as they are so effective, there is no light creep and the bedroom is now really dark ensuring a great night's sleep !

I have recently moved & needed a sliding bath screen as my new bathroom is quite small. Ordering was easy, delivery quick but very disappointed with screen as it doesn't slide easily. It's jerky and really hard work to get it to slide across. The plumber was frustrated & spent a considerable amount of time today trying to get it to function properly. Overall not happy with this product although it's a perfect size for a small bath.

Just joined after e neighbour told me about the app . So far , so good , have shared some winter crops from our allotment and look forward to more sharing & the bonus of meeting new folk !

I am in the process of deciding what type of blinds to have,colours and designs so spent time looking at 247 range. I have requested several samples and always received them the very next day . Included was a helpful guide to measuring and fitting different types of blinds.
