I placed an order for home fast track…
I placed an order for home fast track delivery there was 5 items of different plumbing parts and charged £24.99 ! For the delivery, after waiting nearly 2 hours I contacted live customer support chat “ not much help there “
So I visited the store and explained the situation they explained that the items ordered were still at the store and they couldn’t really explain why! They refunded me with the fast track charge of £24.99 and handed me the items ordered.
To be honest the Tool station store in Rickmansworth are very polite and helpful on many previous visits.
