My departure from Brussels 9/22/26 ticket #874757020 to Lyon was delayed and I missed my connection to Barcelona on Fence from Lyon train #7751302087737 and had to wait 24 hours to resume travels with a new ticket

The website automatically changes to the language of the country one is in...this said, the option to go back to English was available, however it kept switching back to Italian.
I understand Italian., however I was getting a ticket for a friend in NYC who does not speak the language..
It would be helpful if this did not occur

Miserable.
You can not choose direction in which to face, window or aisle or big desk/ no big desk.
To make matters worse despite buying first class Interrail they send you a second class reservation.
Desaster for Italien trains.

never used a rail system before and was very impressed with the ease of booking, the trains were very well maintained and clean and felt very safe traveling this way in countries never visited before. tickets were easy as long as phone was charged.
would highly recommend for travel option

Great price and program was easy to use. However, tried to add on the $39 extra for trip cancellation insurance and the program would not accept it. Can I add it on now that I have purchased the ticket? Thanks

I thought I would be able to get one ticket from St Pancras to Lucerne, but no three seperate tickets after many attempts to book in one go!

The prices are great, and having the website plan the trip for you so you don’t have to spend a lot of time getting familiar with travel in a country you don’t know well, is nice too.
However, we experienced several issues with this company during the trip we had booked, which would have been really bad had it not been for the companies we traveled with being extremely helpful.
I received an email on the morning of our trip saying that a part of it was cancelled. We had booked a journey involving three train rides and a ferry ride, and the tickets for the ferry ride had been “deleted” according to the automatic email. This was obviously a stressful email to receive when we’re already on our way to the first leg of the journey. I was, however, able to pick up the tickets anyway, and we started the trip.
The second issue happened when we reached the ferry port. Turns out, the check in for the ferry was closed before we arrived. It closed 30 minutes before departure, and the train tickets the website had found, left us with 5 minutes between the train arriving at the nearby station, and the check in closing at the port. Since it took more than 5 minutes to walk from the train to the port, we weren’t allowed onto the ferry. There was absolutely no information about this on the website, no warning when booking or anything. Luckily there was one more ferry planned that day, and because the actual ferry company was very helpful, we were able to exchange our tickets.
If anything goes wrong, there’s no help from the company. There isn’t even a phone number to call, just a contact form to fill out which says they strive to get back to you within 24 hours. Not very helpful if anything happens on the day of the trip. I tried sending an email letting them know the issues that had occurred, maybe at least expecting them to acknowledge some fault and taking this into account for future travelers, but all they told me was that, because I had used the tickets, there was nothing they could do.
I won’t be using this service again. In the future I’ll be booking with the travel companies directly so I can be fully informed of their policies, and so I’ll be able to actually get in touch with someone quickly should anything go wrong.
