Very easy to book. Full instructions and itinerary and map were brilliant. Guide Carlos was excellent. Would definitely book again.

The guide and its ticket service is good but the ‘Skip the Queue’ option doesn’t work or is just ignored by attraction staff. Be prepared to queue even if you have this on your ticket!

In the event of any issues with booked tours, the company is readily accessible and takes appropriate measures to resolve them, including offering alternative activities or providing refunds for tours canceled by suppliers.

My wife booked and paid £142.42 for two tickets for entry and guide at The Alhambra, Granada, Spain on Friday 9th October 2026. She paid for the tickets when ordered on 29th September 2026, but was informed via e-mail a few days later that they were not available and a refund would be paid. Despite asking for the refund, it has still not been paid, now 14th October 2026. We are very annoyed that the order and payment was taken despite not being able to supply. My wife also received an e-mail reminder from GetYourGuide to be at the Alhambra on the date, i.e. 9th October, so we ensured we were there at 10.00a.m. only to be informed by the tour guide that our names had been cancelled from the original order. We can only assume our tickets were sold for a higher price, hence we were not supplied. We will never use GetYourGuide ever again, and would advise anyone reading this review to be very careful also.

It was great, music, cave and sunset from the catamaran. I can recommend it surely

When using GYG vendors in Japan or Korea you must be sure to demand that guides be natives of the relevant country, fluent in your native language, knowledgeable about the history and culture of the country and sites you are visiting, and understand that as a guide they are expected to accompany you at each site stop and provide information about the site. Our experience in those countries is that GYG vendors provide foreign-born drivers who have very limited experience about Japan or Korea, or who are unable to answer basic questions about sites, or who simply drop you off at a site and wait for you to return. We demanded and received a full refund for a Tokyo Tour that was no more than an extended taxi ride by someone with no basic knowledge or understanding of Japanese culture or history and who was barely comprehensible English, not that he said much. We have had better luck with GYG in Europe, but in Japan and Korea, buyer beware!

The booking process was very straight forward, but what I liked most was being given the option to pay in American dollars even though I was overseas. While searching through the different tour options, the stated pay was in the visiting country's currency. So originally I thought I'll just pay the international fee with my card, but while booking, the option of American dollars appears and so far no fee.

We’ve just returned from krakow a trip booked specifically for my husbands birthday .
We booked auswitz & zacopane trips.
2 days Before arriving I was informed auswitz was cancelled I believe this to be utter rubbish in reason given .
So break was spoilt before we even got there !!!! .
Zacapane luckily went ahead and was a fabulous trip. Marta our guide was brilliant .
My advice would be do not book Auswitz on this platform if you don’t want to be cancelled . Use elsewhere

Perfect!!! I’ve used it many times, and everything has always gone well. I haven’t needed to resolve any issues so far, so I can’t comment on that aspect.

In general I have found GYG to be a useful tool in locating decent day tours in the main European countries, generally with competent guides and good itineraries. It's hard to tell value for money because similar offerings by other Tour Services seem to range maybe a bit lower. I take it on faith that GYG does a reasonable vetting of local guides so you get what you pay for.

Just read a review below from Tony regarding an Auschwitz tour. Exactly the same scenario here; they changed my booking from guided tour to self tour, then randomly cancelled, said we cancelled, then said the tour provider cancelled, then finally admitted they done it in error. No recourse offered and no way to rebook without paying astronomical prices due to timing.

Booked a few trips with no issues. Only gave a 3 star review because 4 days before our trip to Krakow the trip to Auschvitz was cancelled with some rubbish about a power blackout, this was clearly a lie. Auschvitz was open and we couldn’t rebook because it was sold out. Ruined our trip.

They sold me a sightseeing g bus ticket in Florence from which you cannot see any actual places like the uffizi. Also the second route was cancelled so 2nd day ticket was useless to me. Also booked same in rome and had to do the route twice as audiophile wasn't working. That Also didn't show sites like Vatican. Then my timed entry to uffizi was cancelled on the day so couldn't get in.

DO NOT BUY ANY ADD ONS: This company offers “add ons” when booking. We paid £29.98 for two quad bikes on our recent trip to the Atlas Mountains in Marrakesh. On the day of our visit the guide knew nothing about this. Quad bikes were not even available at our destination. We applied for a refund within 48h. We were refunded £8.47, the company kept the other £21.50. I am not sure how they even consider this acceptable or ethical. They should not have these add ons available if they can’t honour them.

The driver failed to turn up
It is our last day in vegas and we were so excited to be going to the grand canyon.
Get your guide could not get in touch with the operator. Very disappointed
