I'm glad your booking was completed easily and quickly but sorry you experienced a delay in your call being answered when you called to pay the balance. Certain times of the day can become extremely busy I'm afraid and I apologise for any frustration caused. We've taken on a quite a few new staff recently so our call waiting times should start to reduce soon.
