Parcel arrived in good condition. It took longer than usual for parcels I have received from the UK via Royal Post. And think it was more expensive than I would have expected.
Everything has been perfect except the communication for the delivery date !! The delivery was planned for the 30th (all emails - SNS) but the driver came on the 29th and I was not there...
The parcel was delivered safely although the courier did not wait after ringing the bell. It was left on the step but, luckily, not a problem in this case.

Impeccable Experience and Product!

Large package delivered on time to my door
Our driver delivered a large parcel directly to our door within the timescales indicated on the advisory emails. The driver kindly lifted the extremely heavy package into the house for me. The contents were in perfect condition. The online tracking map was not brilliant, but that didn't matter as updated timescale emails were sent whist the driver was en route.

Excellent Service
Parcel arrived within the given timeframe. With other couriers, when I have had parcels of this size and weight delivered in the past, it is usually been a one-man job and a delivery driver has always had a great deal of trouble because of the weight, but this time, it was a two man job and so the parcel could be delivered safely and with much less risk to damaging themselves or the parcel.
The drivers were courteous and helpful and very friendly and a credit to the company. They had had to travel a very long way to come to me and had a long journey home. I very much appreciated their efforts and hard work.
Overall, I have been very impressed.

we paid for guaranteed delivery and it was a day late
we paid for guaranteed delivery by 12 pm Tuesday. The parcel did not arrive until 8 am today. We had to cancel installation

Having reviewed the booking, the service selected was not a guaranteed delivery service. Although delivery by 12pm on Tuesday was estimated, this was not a guaranteed arrival time or date.
We understand that you were relying on the parcel arriving in time for your installation, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
