I bought a priority bike in 2023 and have been very happy with its performance. The internal shifting keeps my gears from rusting and the belt-drive prevents rusting. Overall, I’m happy with the enj... See more

Easy ordering process. Bike arrived on time. Set up was fine and staff answered emails quickly on the two questions I had during assembly and first use.
I love Priority I first got a L train and had it for 6-7 years, now I got myself a new bike, super happy about Priority, very worth the price
I really couldn’t be happier with my current plus bicycle does everything I need to do with so little maintenance battery last nearly 80 miles if I were a bit lighter, I think it I’d get nearly 90 miles per charge.
The warranty is second to none in the after sale service is better than I have ever received on any product I’ve ever bought. I’ve been around a long time so this is truly saying something. Trust me you can’t go wrong with Priority.

I've had a Priority Coast for about three years, and live on a barrier island off the Georgia coast so the bike is subject to constant exposure to salt air and sand. It's held up beautifully and the Gates belt drive is a dream compared to what would be a rusty, stiff chain. The customer service is excellent as well - I needed a small replacement part that wasn't listed on the website and after ensuring it was the right part, they sent it to me right away.

Bicycles (2) were purchased on-line and shipped to FLA and NJ. Both boxes arrived timely with no damage and both bicycles were assembled by a local bike shop.
PS. Bicycles are beautiful

My only complaint is that the breaks squeak but my guess is that will go away in time. Otherwise, the bike has been great.
The Bike is great, but a lil hard to service
I've had the bike for a few months now, and honestly, it feels amazing. The only gripe I've had is that I couldn't figure out how to take off the back wheel, but apart from that, it just feels great to ride, plain and simple.
I got the Ace of Clubs, highly recommend. Smooth delivery experience, great overall quality of the bike components. It focuses on what matters the most to me (simple, trustworthy, easy to maintain).

I bought a Priority Folder bicycle 8 months ago and have been using it for my daily commute through London. This bicycle is NOT SAFE, do not buy. Everything shakes loose. Since buying I have had a pedal fall off, the front wheel bearing come loose, and the seat drop while riding. The bike even came out the box with a kink in the brake cable.
Even if none of that happened this bike still has issues:
The adjustable handle bars are hard to align and will slowly drop down when riding.
The magnet used to hold the fold in place rattles like hell and won’t hold the wheels parallel making it hard to wheel around when folded.
The paint chips really easily.
The plastic cap on the end of the kick stand just fell off mid ride, wasn’t even knocked off.
The Shimano gears will often slip when you change gear.
The pedals like to seize up.
Every time you use the quick release for the saddle to fold the bike it works itself loose a bit so you constantly have to keep tightening it.
And the free bottle of touch up paint leaks, and they know it leaks because it comes wrapped in a plastic bag! But the plastic bag leaks too!!
The only thing that works reliably on this bike is the belt drive and the folding joint, which is why I bought it in the first place, but otherwise it’s a disaster.
Priority has proven to be an amazing bike brand that supports its customers! I'm an owner of the HXT and a Vanth and both have been delivering non stop smiles on the trails and at the bike park. East Coast park riding is rough on bikes and the Vanth has been one of the most confidence inspiring bikes I've owned in a while. I've reached out to Priority a couple times this season and they were responsive within 24hrs and supported me on getting my bikes back up and running without any issue. I get a lot of questions about the bikes when I ride and I can't speak highly enough not just about the performance of the bikes but also about Priority customer support! Great bikes from a great company! Ride on!

The L-Train is the best bike in the Priority lineup. It does everything well. I have installed latex tubes to take the sting out of the ride and converted to Presta valve, using the little inserts that can always be removed if needed.
I replaced the pedals with Crank Brothers flat pedals, throwing the originals straight into the trash can.
There is nothing else to change, this is my 5th or 6th Priority bike and I think that a bike is only as good as the people you buy it from.
So they are the best.
Also, I can mount my L Train in an excercise stand that allows the rear wheel to spin against a magnet.
I cannot do that with the Cooper, because of the 3 speed cantilever mech.
Great bike I put 4000 miles on it in two years and rides just like it did when it arrived. Just bought the basket and it was easy to mount and is of excellent quality
The Hot Sauce lives up to its praises. One of the simplest and easiest riding bikes I have owned. Build quality is top notch. Highly recommend this all around bike!
Got my bike, assembled it then broke my leg crashing it! Haha!
It's not the bikes fault though, it rides nice and is nimble and quick!
I converted it to fixed gear first thing to supplement my fixie stash. (It's my second)
I will be back on it in no time, though I may flip the hub back around to the freewheel for my rehab process
Ordering was easy with a clear estimation for delivery time, which was appropriately updated when delayed. It actually came over a week earlier than expected! It's a beautifully finished bike, just gorgeous. Build quality appears excellent. Very happy with purchase and with Priority. I will definitely recommend to others!
Great product and great support! The bike is very smooth and high quality. Will be buying more.
I placed an order and they shipped it out quickly and it was going to show up a day early. Unfortunately, UPS lost the bicycle and gave me the run around. I opened up a case with UPS and reached out to Priority with the information. They immediately replied and assured me they'd make it right. After about a week of hearing nothing from UPS, Priority reached out to them and took over the case. That same day they shipped a brand new bike.
I knew I was in good hands because they were personally invested in the issue and communicating with real people without all the corporate-speak was a breath of fresh air.
The bike showed up in no time and it is perfect in every way.

I bought two Hot Sauce bikes in the summer of 2026 and both have the exact same issue with the 8 speed Nexus hub failing. Priority advises me that, as I'm in Canada, there is no warranty or other support through them. My experience means: don't buy bikes with the Nexus hub as both of mine "skip" gears under load despite exact setup parameters being met, and don't buy Priority outside the US as they will ditch you.
