I purchased the Puckipuppy Golden Retriever June of 2025 (16 months ago as of this review). As of now I have racked up over 3500 miles and have had no major issues with the bike itself. I've just now put on my 3rd set of tires and have replaced the brake pads 3 times as well. I have had no problems with customer service and has been a good experience each time. They have always responded within 24hrs. Overall I give Puckipuppy 5 stars due to the durability and reliability at a great price. I recommend taking advantage of any promotional offers (batteries, accessories, ect) when purchasing a new bike. It's always an unbelievable good deal. The Boxer St is exactly what I been looking for. It came almost assembled in the box. Battery was already charged and ready to go when i put what parts together that needed to finish the assembly. Finished assembly in an hour and was riding in the yard shortly afterwards. Customer service is awesome. Even got a phone call back from them after a month to find iut if I had any issues and was satisfied with my purchase. Heck thats a first for me that anyone has done that. Totally satisfied.

This bike is awesome. I took it on a remote two night solo camping trip and towed 100 plus pounds of gear with zero issues. I can’t wait for hunting season. I would highly recommend it.

This is my third Puckipuppy bike! I love the Corgi. Its the best version of the fat tire bike for me. I enjoy the smaller 20" tire vs. the 26" tire on my Boxer makes it easier to handle. Both bikes are solid bikes!

My wife and I purchased 2 Boxer model bikes; we have truly enjoyed them, and they do very well for our intended purposes. That is part of the rating I gave, but more of the 5-star review is how Puckipuppy handled a recent warranty claim for a faulty battery. They were very accommodating in finding a good solution with the tools I had available to verify the fault, and were very patient with me as I tried to provide the proper videos. Once they did establish the claim, they immediately sent a replacement and honored their warranty promise. It was and is very encouraging to see a company spend their time and efforts to accomplish and honor their word even if it did not benefit them directly. Thank you, Puckipuppy.

My experience was good. Getting in contact with someone to discuss delayed shipping was slightly difficult. Once I got ahold of someone communication was good.

My issue is maintenance. The bike has stopped working and I cannot figure out why. Getting any service at a local level is nearly impossible.

The experience of the purchase and ride up to this point were very good...just the aftermarket availability of service techs is hard.

I ordered the bike for my husband to squirrel hunt. The shipping was super fast. I had several questions. Each time, I simply replied to an email from them about my order. The response was very quick. The bike is amazing. My son has a different more expensive brand and says the Puckipuppy is a much more comfortable bike. The battery life is also amazing! Definitely recommend this company and their bikes to anyone who is looking.

Online ordering was easy, bike arrived as promised. Instructions for assmebly were litle lacking or confusing.

Ordered online shipped quick straight to my garage. Took two easy days of assembly . Now understand I'm over 70 my first ride was a duzy. It was me, the bike was fine. Took about 3 weeks to really learn how the bike is suppost to work.
So far several hundred miles in a very hilly area so far 2 wrecks for some reason both when I was stopped and failed to put my foot down!

Love the bike. This is my second e-bike. I was disappointed in the first bike that I purchased ( not puckipuppy), so I had a better idea of what features I wanted when I shopped for a second bike.

Do not, for your own sake purchase an e-bike from Puckipuppi!!!! We purchased 2 bikes from them and spent almost 4 grand. My husband is having issues with his but can't get any help or be able to talk to someone who can help!!!! All they want to do is Email. They say they have tech services, but nobody knows anything about that or has anyone who can talk to you! Reviews about customer service are bad and now that we are here, we have experienced it first hand! My husband has been very patient with them, but if was on the phone I would want to reach thru and grab them by the damn throat!!! How does this company build a product and sell it but has no answer as to any tech support??!!!
So, I beg you!.......save your sanity and don't buy from them! I'm going to do everything in my power to put them out of business!!!!!
