Honoring their warranties
My wife and I purchased 2 Boxer model bikes; we have truly enjoyed them, and they do very well for our intended purposes. That is part of the rating I gave, but more of the 5-star review is how Puckipuppy handled a recent warranty claim for a faulty battery. They were very accommodating in finding a good solution with the tools I had available to verify the fault, and were very patient with me as I tried to provide the proper videos. Once they did establish the claim, they immediately sent a replacement and honored their warranty promise. It was and is very encouraging to see a company spend their time and efforts to accomplish and honor their word even if it did not benefit them directly. Thank you, Puckipuppy.
