Reneged on Price
Placed an order for a Mr. Cool Versa Pro HVAC system. Weeks later (after it should have already shipped), I was told it was "out of stock," despite the fact that their website said "in stock" "ready to ship" when I order. They then cancelled the order.
In addition, at the time of cancelling my order, they were STILL selling the same product, but at a higher price on their website. My assumption is that they priced it too low, then refused to honor the sale.
Dishonest pricing, based on customer service. I wouldn't bother ordering from them.

The situation you described was the result of an unexpected inventory mismatch from our supplier, not an attempt to change pricing or avoid honoring your order.
