It’s a car wash, the staff at the branch I used were friendly. Could be cheaper, but then, it’s a (largely) automated car wash and hopefully better maintained than a standard petrol station one.

Friendly staff, fair price
Staff were friendly and the price is fair. The wash was fairly good, although my rims weren’t completely clean. The vacuums could also use a bit more suction. All in all, though, I’m satisfied.

Lots of choices and a great wash.
The attendant was friendly and helpful. I was first in the queue and the car looked great after its wash. Having a vacuum cleaner on-site is very helpful to use when I’m in a hurry to finish the car off and I like buying a bundle to get a discount on the wash.

Chips in my cars paintwork

Unnerving experience
A type of car wash I have never seen before. Very confusing and not well signed. Whole start up process was a unsettling as I was not expecting my car to be dragged along. Staff member explained issue (or told me off?)
But end result wasn't an especially clean car - 20" alloys only cleaned in the middle

Was not open when it should have been.
Purchased a wash to get my sports car cleaned whilst it was dry weather before I cover it for the winter but when I went to my local car wash, it was closed. The weather has been bad since so I've not been able to cover it as planned.
