The attendant was friendly and helpful. I was first in the queue and the car looked great after its wash. Having a vacuum cleaner on-site is very helpful to use when I’m in a hurry to finish the car off and I like buying a bundle to get a discount on the wash.

The location for pick up was very convenient the only issue was that the sun was out so it was very difficult to read the screen. I had to leave then return later.

Often the system is quick and efficient to use but I found using the verifying process difficult because of the images provided.

I had to change an order and the staff that I spoke with were extremely helpful and resolved it quickly. The only issue was that initially it took a few days to address my enquiry.

Itison is helpful, easy to use and has fabulous offers. I particularly like how they send reminders if you haven’t used a voucher and the small print section is an essential part for understanding what’s included.

Itison provides a great variety of experiences but the payment section is tiresome. Why do you need the start from date and why the country when a UK postcode is provided?

Thank you for completing my order in a timely fashion. My order came completely as and when expected. I also appreciated how the protective package was recyclable but thought the box overall could have been smaller.

I called the shop to ask about vouchers and received helpful advice on how to access the online shop. Thank you, the vouchers arrived quickly.

The staff at CEX were thorough and helpful right from the beginning. They advised me on the process for the valuing of items, agreeing to the terms and the method of payment to my account. The staff in Cumbernauld are always very helpful and they called to consult me regarding one of the three items I had handed in and this allowed me to make an informed decision. The payment for my goods came through promptly just as they’d said it would.
