Our Mobile App is a handy tool for managing your account from here on out, with most facilities available to you there. What is also has, is a Live Chat feature which connects you with our Credit Card experts at the touch of a few buttons. You'll find them under the 'Have A Question? Chat With Us' tile on the summary page. Our core hours are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday or 9am-3pm on Saturdays. For support outside that, 'Redi' our Virtual Assistant is on hand.
