Inadequate information given on 12th…
Inadequate information given on 12th Octobrr for me to plan my availability to be home for delivery. Information for delivery parcel delivered over 30mins earlier than within the 1 hour allocated, this meant I missed delivery.

Evri behaved in their normal fashion
Evri behaved in their normal fashion. They turned up within 20-30 minutes of sending yu an email with a 2 hour delivery slot ( not much help unless you spend every minute watching for the email to arrive - but you don'r know on which day! Then, the driver can't even ring the bell to tell you the package has been left - you need to wait until the "delivered" email arrives 30 minutes later.
