Evri behaved in their normal fashion. They turned up within 20-30 minutes of sending yu an email with a 2 hour delivery slot ( not much help unless you spend every minute watching for the email to arrive - but you don'r know on which day! Then, the driver can't even ring the bell to tell you the package has been left - you need to wait until the "delivered" email arrives 30 minutes later.

Would have been better if the delivery agent had rung the bell to say the parcel was there. A simple security action that the driver(s) are unable to comprehend or execute.

Staff were helpful in the shop, suggesting alternatives to the jackets I had already identified from the web site. Then they were prepared to post the new jacket home for me (bike was already fully loaded)

Driver rang the door bell to tell me the parcel had been delivered. Much more than the majority of other couriers! Vitally important when you live in a 3 storey house with no front garden, so anyone walking past can see into the porch.

Very friendly and helpful technician at the depot carrying out the work. the overal experience was let down by having to ring numerous times to chase the ordering of the new screen. Even the Agents I spoke to were not sure that the warehouse had actually ordered the new screen, which led to a 10 week delay between the unsuccessful repair and the actual replacement of the glass. Even more worrying because had the car needed an MOT during that period it would have failed!

The items I ordered were dispatched promptly and eventually arrived safely. It's a shame that the courier chose not to bother to deliver and then lied about it, with no means of complaining about their actions. To claim that they had tried to make a delivery and no one was home, at a time when I was standing outside my house locking the garage and then deliver the parcel two days later is unforgivable (but typical of the courier involved). thankfully the items (glass jars) were delivered undamaged! I hope that Wilco will be using reliable couriers next time.

this time the delivery was made and the item left in the porch as requested. They agent did manage to ring the bell, but the van was out of sight by the time I had reached the front door! As usual. the delivery was an hour or two outside the original delivery slot and the notification of this was only sent after the original slot had been missed.

As my tyres are for an older buke, the previous occasions I have ordered them, there have been some delays as one of the sizes is no longer a "common" size. this time there was obviously stock and they were delivered without any fuss.

Whilst ordering and paying for is quite straightforward and relatively simple, I much preferred the older web account that also allowed you to store an address book for regular parcels. the only downside was the pre-payment part, although the general benefits of being able to sort out postage and then drop things into the post box at midnight is a great plus. And I love being able to drop my packages in the Parcel boxexs in my area.

Having been very pleased with the policy and subsequent service from Golden Charter and their associated funeral directors, for my Mother's policy, my wife and I had no hesitation in taking out policies for ourselves. It was a quick and easy process to set it all up, and we are confident that it will take much of the stress out of the situation for our children when it comes time to cash in the policies.

I was very impressed with my whole experience with the company. The initial presentation from the Rep was very clear and informative, with ready answers to question (not slick answers). When the guys came to complete the installation, I was very impressed at how careful they were to prevent any mess through the house. The dust sheets laid were recovered carefully and in plastic bags to contain any mess - not something I had seen from any other company. Now to see if the product lives up to the attitude of the company. Bring on the cold weather!

Easy website to view and read. Only problem we found was the calendar was a bit troublesome (we had to keep typing in the date and then the calendar would pop up) and it got confusing looking at the Yelloh calendar, those on ferry sites and our own, all seeming to start on different days of the week so it became difficult to pick the right days!

Dispatched promptly and delivered on time. Build quality was better than a similar product we bought a few years ago and needed replacing. Perhaps this one will last longer.

Simple to use site, although as a new user I was a little unsure how I selected a particular flight option. Couldn't see how to book 2 flights as one trip, so had to book them separately.

Due to a mix-up by the courier, I was unable to get my feet into the guitar amplifier I received, but Sportsbikeshop immediately despatched a replacement pair of boots and they arrived the next day. Magnificent recovery!
