It’s a car wash, the staff at the branch I used were friendly. Could be cheaper, but then, it’s a (largely) automated car wash and hopefully better maintained than a standard petrol station one.

Ordered tickets for Cadbury World for the children. Smooth, efficient process. As long as you know what you are buying/what to expect from the brand you choose, I can’t see there being a problem.

Had Lulu print some stories I wrote for my children. Paper, pribt and binding quality is book-shop / publisher level. Rates are good and shipping fast and efficient.
The marketing mails are a bit tedious, but a minor thing easily ignored.

Always prefer InPost for deliveries. The pick up points are usually very well situated for convenience and on the occasions (very rare) when the doors don’t unlatch, a quick and efficient phone call gets it sorted.

Orders a £2600 insulated shed. Delivery 4-6 weeks due to being pressure tested.
I enquired where thing were up two at week 5 and was told “we’re still inside the 4-6 weeks” which I thought was missing the point entirely and somewhat snarky.
Then an email at 6 weeks to say it would be delivered 9 days later.
Not a good start.
Delivered - majority of the panels visibly warped and bent and I emailed them pictures immediately….didn’t hear from them for two days…the joiner had been booked, the electrician…so construction started and electrical works cancelled till it was complete.
The response was “we can get you some new panels in 4-6 weeks”.
Unacceptable.
I pointed out they were now in breach of context, as we discovered no door handles, only one insubstantial hinge and no door lock - all missing. Many of the pack lengths had pieces that were 4mm different in lengths.
Raised this again “we can get you some new panels in 3-5 business days if you accept with no liability and then we ll send you the door handles and locks.”
I tried to reject, but apparently I have to pay for the partially erected shed to be taken apart, I must ensure all parts are present (they don’t even at dispatch) and I must have it ready for their driver…. It was supposedly a two many delivery…. It was one and I ended up having to help him offload as there is no way a single person could have managed some of the packs due to size and weight!
At no point are parts I paid for a bargaining chip or sent on condition of the accepting substandard parts.
The matter is now being lodged at small claims to get redress due to unnecessary inconvenience, not fit for purpose and breach of contract for not supplying all the parts.

Save your money. Avoid like the plague.

Plants were packed really well, showing logic and genuine care and thought.

Tracking information showed delivery by 20th. Nothing. Checking with Yodel, representatives insisted they didn't have it, despite their tracking information show it was worth them. 26th, delivery driver showed up at my door, despite having requested store drop off, so it could be delivered as I had no code for him to scan. He went to the store, but they wouldn't accept as it has my address on it and they had no code either. Next day I got sent a collection code. But wasn't at the store. Next day, I went again to see if it was in, it wasn't. Later, almost the whole day, I called in again, as the tracking information showed it was on a van 20 miles away....but it was there and finally collected 8 days later than it was expected. Appalling service.

Appears that the technician didn't use jacking points or an appropriate technique for the vehicle and has cracked the body kit sills on both sides of the vehicle. I do hope there has not been structural damage to the underlying vehicle.

Excellent communication about the order and delivery throughout.

Great pricing, and a really rapid delivery on the handset I wanted. The contract price was exceptionally keen and undercut the high street offerings by more than £5 a month, saving me £120 over the contract term. Can't fault Metrodome for anything.
