The customer service. I usually stay away from online chat customer support options because most of the time they don't know what I'm talking about. This was not the case here. I was unsure of the proper terminology of whether my truck was a crew cab or double cab so with a breif and honestly bad description the customer service agent was able to confirm it was a crew cab and get me to the correct product. i almost bought the wrong thing but thanks to her i got the right part coming and none of the worries of did I do it right. 5 stars would give 10 if i could. will be doing more business with yall from now on foir sure

First time using them. Ordered a hood for my Tacoma, never signed for it and the package was damaged, pulled it directly from the box into place on my truck, pulled off the wrapping and it was damaged, I contacted them immediately and they said they would offer me a $25 gift card because they believe I may have caused the damage

Your prices are way higher than other places for the same items, shipping costs are also a lot higher than other places cancelation fees and charging for shipping when it was cancelled within an hour is ridiculous. I get it’s supposed to be 30 min but that’s still bs. I will never shop here again and going to close my account if possible and leave a horrible review on google stating your exaggerated prices.
