First time using them
First time using them. Ordered a hood for my Tacoma, never signed for it and the package was damaged, pulled it directly from the box into place on my truck, pulled off the wrapping and it was damaged, I contacted them immediately and they said they would offer me a $25 gift card because they believe I may have caused the damage

For shipping damage claims, damaged items must remain unused and uninstalled, with the original packaging preserved, so the carrier can assess the damage and determine when it occurred.
Since the hood was installed before the inspection could take place, it became difficult to establish when the damage happened. We appreciate your feedback and continue working to make our claims process as clear as possible.
