Excellent customer service and communication, prices were changed from original quote but timely disclosed before the transaction, Richard was amazing responding to all messages, will do bussines again!!

We were quoted $700 to ship motorcycle from Indiana to Florida. I tried communicating for several days and received nothing back. 5 hours before the transporter should have been picking up my bike the rep calls, hangs up on me, calls back then asks for more money. He then proceeded to tell me my husband doesn't need to meet the transporter, he can leave the bike and keys outside......no freaking way in hell!!! Bait and switch and my bike possibly disappearing! Its a hard pass! Avoid!

DO NOT & i MEAN DO NOT book with them i was told 1300 to ship from cali to florida even sign the contract 5 mins later they said they cannot do 1300 and said only 1700 i said i CANNOT do that and still charged my credit card for the deposit! after i asked for a refund many times because we never agreed on a price and charged me and i never even got the service they never picked up my car or anything but charged me $312! then as i ask for refund he says no i cannot give you a refund i ask to speak to management (Richard) and he said if they do not find anyone for me by the next day i will get a refund never got my refund update! so i dispute with my bank ! never again the man even asked if i had mental issues because i wanted a refund do not book with them!!

Do not use this company to ship your car!
I contracted with them to have my car shipped in August 2026. We verbally agreed on a price and I paid the deposit, but when it came time to ship the car they almost doubled the price claiming that drivers were scarce. Driver showed hours late and extorted us for an add'l $200 claiming that car was supposed to be empty, while signed contract said 200 lbs of goods could be in car. Safeed Transport refused to receive our complaints and suddenly could not understand English very well.

I have used this company before with no problems. As a matter of fact, they did a great job. This time, I was told that my ship date was "No Problem." I had used the company before and had expectations. I had a complicated shipment, and it involved two cars. I sold (traded) my car for another car in Ohio. I needed my car to go to Ohio and the other car to come to me in Virginia. I was not told by the dealer that it mattered which was shipped first. I also pointed out I had a drop-dead date of Thursday the 24th of September. I needed everything done by tomorrow, the 23rd. The company arranged a shipment of the car I was purchasing in Ohio, but the dealer would not release the car. So, they claim I cancelled the order and I am subject to the fees. It is after 1 PM on Tuesday, the day before my deadline and I have repeatedly called to ask what is going on, because the information coming to me is never forthcoming, I have to ask about it. So, when I cancel the order, I am told I didn't read the contract and am subject to fees. I was asked by the coordinator just a moment ago, "...if I can't get you a shipment, what do you want from me?" I want you to not tell me, "OK no problem on your ship date." I want you to tell me all the things up front that are being told to me today by the coordinator. Impending strike, CDL crack-down, no drivers, drivers want more money, etc. etc. Then I sign a contract and you can't deliver, and when you can't deliver, I am lectured on reading the contract? Your company is a bait and switch company. You lie to entice the mover to accept a contract that you know can't be delivered, then when you can't deliver, you tell the customer to read the contract. I asked for a cancellation and refund of my fees, and I am told how hard everyone was working to get my load scheduled. Posting on a board is hard work? I paid $300 for two $150 commissions and $350 x 2 for two individual shipments. $1,000 total dollars out of my pocket. What does the coordinator say today? He can't get it done, the drivers, want more money, and then has the gall to tell me all HIS problems? Why give me a price and contract and then I pay and you can't get the job done? Now they won't refund my fees (as of this writing). Citing contract wording. This is the last time I will ever use this company, even if they give me a refund. They were unfaithful and deceitful from the start. Something has changed at this company since I used them last. It is not for the better either. Be Ware!

Brian and the company went above and beyond when setting up my transport following all the way through the delivery. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again. The service was amazing.

I am grateful to Jack, he helped me move my van from California to Virginia, good communication, honest, it was very fast, and my car was delivered in the same conditions as it was lifted, I look for the best deal for me, I really recommend it.

Pick up was within a few hours of request. Driver was professional and took very good care of my vehicle.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS WARNING: the representative B.J. Initials /Safeeds participated in a documented bait-and-switch pricing scam to me after I signed and paid. I booked Safeeds to transport my vehicle from TX to CA. Before I signed anything, their representative repeatedly assured me in writing that the price was $900 total and final, specifically telling me there would be “no bait & switch.” Safeeds also advertises a 7-day price lock and states that customers pay the quoted price even if fuel costs, carrier rates, or market conditions fluctuate.
I signed the $900 contract on Saturday and paid the $312 reservation fee. The contract showed $900 total, $300 upfront ($12 extra if using a CC), $600 COD, with pickup scheduled for Monday. I was also told that approved carriers were available and that my vehicle would be picked up Monday. On Monday, the scheduled pickup day and less than 48 hours after signing, he informed me suddenly "Safeeds could not secure a driver at $900 and that the new total would be $1,350." He blamed multiple reasons, "diesel prices are so high now" (I'd booked 1.5 days earlier...)
After I refused, the price then changed repeatedly:
$1,350 → $1,250 → $1,200
He eventually admitted to me in writing:
“there is no driver at this price I have checked more than 20 drivers” and later explained that the $900 quote had been based on the last five shipments on the route, rather than an actual carrier committed to transport my vehicle at the price they represented as “final.” When I pointed out that Safeeds advertises a 7-day price lock, he then claimed the contract I signed “clearly states” Safeeds has 7 business days to secure a carrier. I reviewed both my signed contract and Safeeds’ published terms and of course, found no such provisions.
I ultimately demanded a full refund because Safeeds admitted it in writing and on a recorded call they would not provide the service at the contracted price. He then attempted to characterize this as "my cancellation" and told me a $200 cancellation fee would apply, despite his earlier written and recorded promise that my reservation fee would be fully refunded if Safeeds could not get the job done. I have preserved the signed contract, payment records, screenshots of every text exchange, Safeeds’ published 7-day price-lock representations, and a recorded call confirming the refund promise. This was not a situation where I changed the vehicle, route, pickup location, or requested different service. The agreed transaction simply could not be fulfilled at the price Safeeds sold me.

Consumers should understand exactly how this process worked in my case before paying a reservation fee. I strongly recommend getting the actual assigned carrier and carrier-confirmed rate in writing before paying anything, regardless of assurances that a quoted price is “final” or “locked.” Do not use this company, they are scammers like many of the rest despite paid positive reviews.

Safeeds Transport Inc. is one of the most unprofessional and irresponsible transport companies I’ve ever dealt with. I paid $550 to have my 2020 Chevy Equinox transported from Danville, Indiana to Loganville, Georgia on May 22, 2026, and they still managed to damage my vehicle.

When the car arrived, it had multiple scratches on the hood and fender — damage that was absolutely NOT there before transport. I have photos and videos taken at the exact moment of delivery showing everything clearly.

I reported the damage immediately, but the driver refused to acknowledge anything. Safeeds Transport then ignored the issue completely. No follow‑up. No accountability. No resolution.

To make matters worse, this company has insurance coverage, yet they refused to let their insurance handle the damage because they didn’t want a claim on their record. Instead of doing the right thing, they chose to protect themselves and leave me stuck with the damage they caused.

The customer service was just as bad. The woman in charge of claims was rude, dismissive, and showed zero concern for the situation or the stress this caused me. She made it clear she didn’t care about the damage, didn’t care about the evidence, and didn’t care about the customer. Her attitude alone is enough to make anyone avoid this company.

Safeeds Transport Inc. takes your money, damages your vehicle, refuses to use their insurance, and treats you poorly when you ask for help.
Dishonest company. Terrible customer service. Zero responsibility.

If you value your vehicle, your money, or basic human respect, do NOT use Safeeds Transport Inc. They will leave you with damage and absolutely no support.
