I do not like it when you send me older…
I do not like it when you send me older products. One of them was dated 2022. It was the adhesive. That is one of the worst things to send that is older. Adhesive breaks down over time and it is already 4 years old. Ridiculous. Especially as I have a very difficult adhesion anyway because of placement and skin issues.

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered an item and received the wrong item so I called to return it. Firstly the agent said I would only get a partial refund, which I questioned and then asked me to send a picture. I called again and they hung up on me twice. Once they got the pic they acknowledged the mistake by email and gave me an RA # and told me to leave it out front. I wanted to ask what would happen if someone took the box so I called and was hung up on. I CB 3X and tried different exts. and was hung up on 3 more X. I tried every ext. and then it started to go to voicemail. I emailed them and told them that I used to work in a call center and I know that my # comes up on their screen and I needed to talk to someone and got a call within 10 minutes. I told the lady that it was not good customer service to be hanging up on a customer and got silence. I asked my ? and got my answer but absolutely no apology for the rude service. I hate to say it but…typical NY attitude. Use a different CPAP supply!
