Wished I had reviewed your reviews prior to putting in the order. Costly experience!


wished I had reviewed your reviews prior to the purchase of two Solana heated vests. The vest only heat the upper back versus the multiple areas that it advertised. The length of the vest was too long for me. It is misleading that the website listed 30 days satisfaction guaranteed. I had to pay return shipping and the refund was minus the original shipping. So when they say you will get a total refund which is not true. A scam in my book. Do not purchase this product. It costed me $23+ dollars total in shipping cost (9.99 shipping from them to me and 13+ to return). I would stay away from this company!!!!!!!!

Hidden subscription to recurring order

Hidden subscription to recurring order. Shipment supposed to be processed 4 to 5 days after the notification. When checked into n it. The shipment was sent the same day as the notification. Hence they charged a shipping abd service fee. What a scam. Can't find a live person to talk to either. The phone number put you on a two minutes hold and then have you left information but no one returned call.
