Todd thank you for your assistance with my order. You did great! And Todd is a living breathing human. I know right? I prefer to speak to a human being rather than artificial intelligence.
I ordered the left side cannula for my portable oxygen and what a relief. It is so much better wearing only one side tubing rather than the "normal" cannula. I high recommend this product to people who are on supplemental oxygen.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble with your tank. That sounds really frustrating.
We've looked into this, and we don't sell or supply oxygen tanks, so we think this review may have been intended for a different company. We'd recommend contacting your tank supplier directly so they can help resolve the issue.
If we've misunderstood and you did purchase something from us, please contact us at 877-303-9289 with your sales order number and we'll be glad to help.
