Incredible turnaround and customer service! My order shipped within 1 day of placing my order. I received 7 (of 10) boxes 2 business days after placing my order. OUTSTANDING.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting on the 3 remaining boxes:(. Can't do much without receiving the entire shipment.

Our shipping team is already in contact with FedEx to track down the remaining boxes. FedEx sometimes splits multi-box shipments, so it’s not unusual for packages to arrive a few days apart, but we’re keeping a close eye on yours. As soon as we hear back, we’ll call you with an update.

Ordered this last year, wanted to see what time will tell. My rake worked better than I expected. Perfect!!! I used ethanol free gas, cut gas off and lets it shut off. Left it all off season and went out to check it out for this this season, turned gas on ,waited a bit, pulled once, cranked right up. Now ready for 2nd seson of leaf collection.
