Fantastic company and exceptional customer service!
I recently ordered a MagnaLatch replacement latch from Hoover Fence Co. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. I contacted Hoover Fence Co., and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. They gave me a full refund and, rather than simply leaving me to figure it out on my own, they took the time to make sure I ordered the correct length for my application.
I was extremely impressed with how they handled the situation. Mistakes happen, and having a company that is willing to work with you, answer your questions, and make sure you end up with the right product is something I really appreciate.
This is exactly the kind of customer service that earns repeat business. I will most definitely purchase from Hoover Fence Co. again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fencing products.
Thank you, Hoover Fence Co., for taking such good care of me! It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. 👍
