It starts with the delivery
It starts with the delivery. Right to the garage and stacked neatly. All boxes were labeled with a description and an "open me first." The instructions were clear, with a written/picture option notebook and/or a scan code with an easy-to-follow videos specific to the contents of the individual box.
IKEA could learn from you!
Once assembled, the custom hookup provided fit like a glove, and I was off. Lawn never looked so good! The few questions I had were answered immediately and courteously.
Wish every company I dealt with was 1/10 as good.
Thanks Cyclone Rake
