Fantastic service from start to finish. Picked up my car from my house within the time frame (8-10), I had a text when it was in the garage, a call when it was done, payment come off my bank and car was delivered earlier than expected. Friendly guy dropped it off and explained my MOT advisories. Great service, can’t fault it and would use again.

Booked over the weekend for a Monday service but no-one turned up. When I eventually got through to a customer service rep I was told that bookings over the weekend can't be confirmed until the next week - this is fine but why send me a confirmation email stating that my car will be collected 9-11am Monday morning when this wasn't true? Rescheduled for later in the week but the closest garage they could find was over a 2 hour round trip which was madness. Ended up finding a local garage <1 mile away and arranged it myself.
Very challenging to speak to a representative, and the website query bot doesn't seem to resolve any problems, just stating "we'll be in touch" but no one did. Not a great experience I'm afraid.

First time using this after giving a similar company (SS) a wide berth due to their hard sell techniques. Fixter the opposite. Great service, good price, and job done exactly as they said it would with no hard sell. Would use again!

I have used this company to book my break pads to be changed at a local garage at a very good price. I definitely recommend you use their services. Their customer service is very good and they listen to the customers when things go wrong and remedy ASAP. I will definitely use Fixter again

Really straightforward, good value and great customer service.

Absolutely had my pants down with repair costs, and because they held my car at a garage miles away and it failed its mot, I had no choice but to pay 2-3x the going rates. Dont be fooled by a "cheap mot", trust me it won't be!! Spoken to several mechanics after having work done and ive been charged much more than I should have been.
I will absolutely not be using fixter again, although my case worker was helpful throughout and hurried the garage to get my car back on time.

Booked MOT for collection and drop off. They asked to collect a day earlier to which I agreed. Was told the garage was in Shepshed but turned out to be a garage in Loughborough. MOT failed on rear number plate and headlight adjustment. Quoted me £50 for headlight adjustment and £81 for rear number plate. I refused to pay that much so told them I would get the car picked up as I'd arranged for the car to go to another garage. The general cost for headlight adjustment is around £20 and a new rear number plate around £10. The actual garage then rang me and said they would have done both jobs for £45. Why are Fixter charging so much excess ?????

everything was perfect from start to finish. the work carried out by motor plug teesside was of a very high standard ,the booking process very easy andthe cost of service and mot was well below the dealers price which i have used for years. not anymore i will use fixter.

Took my car in at 9am for a bulljoint they gave me a very good price. Then at 11am told me it wasn't the bulljoint it was a bent suspension arm( it isn't bent) but they said the suspension are would cost 3 times the amount.so i said no to the work.so they told me I could pick car up from the garage.when I got to the garage car wasn't there it was at a different site.just took it to a garage on the way home and he has told me it's definitely the bulljoint and not a bent arm then he's gave me a price for the work.and it's slightly less then the original price fixter gave.i would definitely recommend not using fixter but that's just my opinion.very unprofessional in my opinion please pepole go to your local garage.
