Visited the Poole branch today for the first time as needed some timber. The man on the counter was very helpful and matched the online price for me. Then another chap who got the stock from the yard,then helped me put it in my car. Better price than anywhere else locally as well, excellent service, many thanks.

Very good price for the services I needed, good communication with reminders and after service contact. Would definitely use again.

Thanks to other reviews, we were fairly confident that the product would meet our expectations. on that front we were very happy, although the vacuum didn't arrive in the original box it was well packaged and looked all but unused.On Wednesday evening my wife was expecting another package only to find the vacuum sat on the doorstep, it was raining but luckily the item was left under the soffit so wasn’t wet. When I checked our camera, the courier had delivered it at about 7pm the previous evening, so had been left there for about 24 hours, the driver knocked on the door and just walked off and left it, we have a porch so didn’t hear it at all and no email to say it had been delivered. We live on a busy road so we were surprised the item wasn’t stolen, luckily it wasn’t and all ended well.
Very happy with our purchase other than this.

I paid for my ticket and added £5 to be able to amend the ticket (with a fee) so I would have presumed that I might have to pay the difference between what I originally paid and the price of the new ticket. Turns out I inadvertently booked the wrong date so the ticket had to be amended, full price of the new ticket was £39 and I had to pay £34 for it! After paying £23 for the original.
It’s all about the money! In my opinion very poor for a national company.

I haven’t paid an amendable fee, have I, I’ve ended up paying the full ticket price for the new ticket. If you add the extra £5 charge for the cost of the original ticket to the cost of the “amendable ticket price” you get the full price for the new ticket, so your original £5 amendable ticket fee was worthless!

As you can see from reviews on here the only customers they can get good reviews from are the old cash brigade that still haven’t realised you can pay with those modern telephony things!!
In the Philippines trying to book a room and for the second time rejected it, so pointless me going into Lloyds before I left and asking a member of staff “I’m not going to have any problems using this card abroad am I,cos I’m travelling for 2 months with my family?” “ no sir you won’t have any problems at all” Thank god for PayPal or I’d be screwed!!

Purchased 13 oak doors, as were on sale with free handles thrown in, fully finished as well, bargain!
Good communication from Climadoor about delivery, then the courier took over with delivery times and dates, on the delivery date the time-slot changed from early morning to later in the day. I expected to have to carry the doors into my property as delivery was stated as kerbside. However two people turned up to deliver and thankfully helped bring most of them into the house.
I’ve started hanging the doors and they look fantastic, I’m more than happy so far. Oh I did have a question about the doors and what product to use to refinish the planed edges so emailed Climadoor who responded promptly with a suggestion of Osmo oil clear satin.
Would I buy again from this supplier, absolutely!

Great prices and fast delivery, customer service excellent as didn’t have enough of one of the items I wanted, they emailed me later that day with a date the product would be back in stock.

I ordered some building products for delivery, all was good including price. The only thing I would mention is that I wasn’t sure when the product would be delivered. It took about 5 days for the delivery and the first I knew about it was a phone call from the delivery driver. Luckily I was home and to be fair to the company the probably normally deliver to building sites.

Excellent price and very simple to buy my policy.

I ordered some light switches and double sockets for delivery. Received an email stating items are on their way and tracking number. When the parcel arrived only the sockets were in the box, I rechecked the email and realised it said some of your items are on the way. No information to say when the light switches will be delivered! Looking at other reviews on here it looks like it could be anytime in the next month! If I had known this I wouldn’t have used them. Imagine if you were ordering lots of items, how the hell would you keep track of it all!!

I can’t believe they can even describe this as a pizza!
Went here for my Grandson's birthday last night, the first time I’ve been here. Well, what I received as a pizza was shameful! The thinnest, limpest excuse I’ve ever seen, to add insult to injury they added £47 service charge! I had no glass for my water, had to go and ask for a serviette for my Mother and my Daughter in law had to send her carbonara back as it was tasteless. I can’t believe anyone goes there to eat and we certainly won’t be returning after being taken for some £400 between us.
To help you get better reviews Pizza express, just nip down to Lidl buy a load of their £2.25 takeaway pizzas bang them in the oven and serve them, job done!

Just tried to send money to family in the Philippines, account was blocked so had to call their security dept, an hour later was still being asked questions like when will the person pay you back! What the hell does that have to do with you!! It’s my money, in fact why am I even on the phone wasting my time explaining what I’m doing with my own money. Bye Santander, hello First Direct….

Thought I would try this company as my last property sold on the first day it was advertised! I called in 3 agents to value my house as the market had dropped and it was a lot more difficult to get a value. One of the agents that came was asking me what I thought the value was! Well that’s why I called you to value it! Anyway the minute I met James Gott I knew he was the right person, interested in what I needed, friendly and very honest. The first couple of weeks the property was marketed we hardly had any viewings, I was very jittery that the price was too high. I called James who told me to hold my nerve, that the market was very slow. Within a few more weeks we had an offer, this quickly fell through, again James was very calm and professional again telling me to hold my nerve.Three weeks later we had another offer, I can gladly say we have now completed and moved. Thanks very much James and Yopa you sold my property for a fee of £1k.
Now here are some the things you need to think about before using this company, I’m retired so did all of the viewings myself, I was realistic in the value of my property and I was adamant that my property was going to be sold. If you are thinking of testing the water you probably need a high street agent. if you instruct Yopa, then you will be paying for the service regardless of if your property sells or not…

I have to say as I find, like many negative reviewers on here. I thought I was dealing with my local council as this was the first listing. I thought the £16.50 was for the extra council tax as I was moving to a more expensive property. Minutes after paying I realised my mistake and I have to say it was my mistake, I should have taken more care. Anyway I immediately jumped on the chat and explained to the person my error, straight away with no quibbling they said the order would be cancelled and a full refund given. I was quite sceptical about this as I had checked here for reviews about them and every other review was calling them scammers. However I have today received a refund, therefore although initially very angry about my mistake the company quickly rectified the situation. If they were scamming I would never had seen my money again.

The sale of our house was very smooth and timely however our purchase was the opposite, very slow and quite stressful. Jordan Hartley was excellent, very patient and helpful, at one point I was calling him daily. He never seemed phased by this and was always very polite. Well done and a big thanks for getting us through it all. 😃

First time using this service and all went very smoothly.
Coach was on time and clean,the driver was very friendly and helpful, all at a great price. The only part I was a little apprehensive about was the pick up time, as you don’t get that until 24hrs before the journey, obviously they can’t nail this down though until they know how many stops they need to make.
Would definitely use them again.

I ordered 6 units in total taking great care with the measurements. All fitted fine and the windows now look new again.
The only negative point if being picky, is there didn’t appear to be any discount for ordering multiple units, and perhaps even an upgrade on delivery might have been a nice touch. ( I opted not to pay extra for delivery) delivery took 3 weeks.
I would definitely use them again all the same.
