If I could award zero stars I would.
The booking was easy enough, I was due to have a clutch fitted by their mechanic named Scott.
He was due on Monday that same Monday got a message from him to say he hadn't got the parts he would be with me on Tuesday, that same Tuesday got a message saying the part wouldn't be available fron the suppliers so would be with me on Wednesday on Wednesday I called him to make sure he was attending which he assured me he was but was running late. Mid-afternoon Wednesday allegedly his van was broken down at the side of the A1m.
Leaves me with the feeling I was lied to all along.
I would NEVER use this lot again nor recommend them to anyone.
Total waste of time is my most generous description of this shower.

Fantastic service!
This was my first time using ClickMechanic, and because of Mat Karim (Click Car Checks), I will never buy a used car without them again.
I have very little knowledge about motor vehicles, which is exactly why I booked a Pre-Purchase Inspection. From start to finish, Mat made me feel 100% reassured that I had done the right thing. The sheer level of detail in his written report was incredible, but what truly set him apart was his amazing customer care. He told me that if I needed anything at all, I could just call him anytime. True to his word, as soon as the report was finished, he called me and spent his own time patiently walking through every single point—translating complex mechanical issues into plain English so it made perfect sense to someone with zero car knowledge.
He didn't just inspect a car; he gave me complete peace of mind, saved me money, and protected my investment. It is absolutely no surprise that Mat has such a high rating—he is a credit to his trade, an absolute gentleman, and a true professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you, Mat!

Motorhome Timing belt & Water pump
Alin change the timing belt and water pump on our motorhome. He was excellent, very helpful and informative. Completed the job in 2 hours and to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the work. We would definitely use Alin again and would recommend to friends.

Very easy booking process and extremely reasonable quote 70% cheaper then my local garage. The mechanic Charlie came bang on time the next day and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Kas from Click Mechanic in Leeds.
Kas, the mechanic was professional in all his work completed in two hours, replacing brake discs and pads front and rear to Ford Focus.
Not an easy job. He had the quality tools to do the job and cleaned up afterwards.
