Car booked, documents upload weeks before delivery date. On weekend before pickup on Monday, a 'very sorry email delay with BS explanation'. Called them and only work Monday-Friday......

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I subscribed to a vehicle for a period of 6months which finished yesterday and everything went smooth like a charm. Starting the process was very straightforward, you get constant updates and communication from the team.

Customer services were also always very helpful regarding any questions that I raised.

Changing things such as monthly KMs throughout the subscription also works easily through the app/website as would be expected. I have returned my vehicle yesterday and the process was also very quick and smooth.

Overall I am extremely happy with it and would definitely do it again would I be in the need for a private vehicle regularly.

They were really helpful and the condition with the car was great. I rented it for a month and it was very smooth. I love all the helps from the employees. Very friendly and humane!

The cars and overall concept are good, but the transition between subscriptions was handled poorly. I received conflicting information, was mistakenly sent to a TÜV inspection due to a system error, and had to manually clarify overlapping invoices and unexpected charges. Communication was often vague and reactive rather than proactive. To their credit, the support team eventually corrected the billing and issued the appropriate refund, but the overall experience created unnecessary stress for what should have been a straightforward vehicle exchange.

Really happy with service and support

I have used Miles subscription car (VW Taigo 2024) for 6 months in 2025 in Munich city.
The car given was in excellent condition had no troubles. There was a flat tyre once which was attended to free of charge within 3 hours of reporting. Miles subscription managers were always reachable for clarifications and support via phone and/or email.
I am fully satisfied with Miles subscription and I will opt for it again whenever needed.
I recommend miles subscription to those looking for a hassle-free, transparent and reliable car subscription.

Not the best experience!

The car itself was alright as it was a new car, but the credit goes to the car manufacturer not Miles.

The car had a traffic violation ticket before they handed it to me, but they somehow managed to give my name and information to authorities for traffic violations! I contacted Miles and they assured me that it will get resolved, but I kept receiving letters after letters for paying the fine! They finally paid the amount themselves as they had to, but the experience was very unpleasant.

After returning the car, they charged me the full amount for damages because of some scratches on the car that weren’t because of any accident! scratches on a car are a common and often unavoidable sign of normal use!

All in all, I wouldn’t get a car from them ever again. I found another company for car subscriptions and I’m totally satisfied with them.

I would like to give Miles and their service team the best score for offering great and convenient service. I would definitely recommend Miles to everyone.

Everything went as per the process mentioned in the website so liked the transperancy. I rented a car for a year and returned after a year. everything went as per process they have mentioned no surprices or hidden cost.

I have just finished my 1 year Abo with Miles and ready to enter a second round with them :)

The subscription service is amazing. Quite hastle free - Miles also does not bug you during the course of the subscription but are always there when you need help. Special mention of Patrick and Sven who were always super proactive!

It would be great if they had even wider selection of cars (specially in hybrid class) - even more people would have then jumped onboard the service - maybe this summer that happens :)

Excellent experience so far. The customer service is super responsive by email. The car was delivered in the planned timeframe and in perfect condition. Car reception was very simple and straightforward. Really happy so far with the service. Also, when looking at the prices and cost amortisation over the years, Miles Subscription is really interesting.
