1st Central website was easy to navigate - very user friendly. I'm 80 years old and not brilliant at navigating computer sites, but getting our car insurance this year was a piece of cake. Also, the reviews were very good.

Emily Sanders went above and beyond to settle our query about assembly of the bathroom furniture we wanted. She found out that the vanity unit did need partial assembly, so we have decided against it, but have ordered another one (from yourselves) which comes fully assembled. Emily was instrumental in helping us make the choice.

Its all the joy of home cooking without any waste. Everything is weighed out and ready to use for that one recipe. Cannot count the amount of fresh stuff we've thrown away because you can't buy just a sprig of rosemary or half a lemon or two rashers of bacon etc. I love Hello Fresh because of that and because the meals are really delicious.

We had a Powerchair delivered recently and the experience could not have been better. The driver Jonathan (Jonny M) put it all together, explained exactly how it worked and stayed with me while I tested it out. He took all of the packaging away too. He could not have been more helpful or friendly.

the tops I ordered about 10 or 12 days ago have arrived and I'm thrilled with them. Really unusual patterns and plenty of room in them. Chuffed !!

We thought we may come up against a bit of pressure salesmanship as we wanted cremation only with no form of service but Martin Garrity could not have been friendlier or more helpful. He guided us through the process and explained everything in plain language - what might have been a fraught experience (after all, it's not every day you talk about your death) turned out to be a pleasant experience.
