Both guys were very polite and…
Both guys were very polite and professional. The install by was faultless and all the rubbish was taken away and they’ve moved out existing washing machine across the courtyard and in to the garage.

Shockingly poor service
Extremely disappointed. Attitude of delivery people was absolutely shocking! Felt like they were talking about us to each other in another language and they left without so much as a thank you or goodbye - appalling lack of basic customer service. I would rather pay slightly more to receive basic, civil politeness and service. I will not be using AO again because of this.
