TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 2 bathing suits. They only shipped one. The one I received was poorly made. I canceled the order for the suit I did not receive. I initiated a return for the suit I did receive. I dropped it off at the return hub on 9/4/2026. I contacted the company numerous times for my refund on the returned suit. They gave me a complete run around. By 10/12/2026 I had to report the charge to bank for fraud. On 10/13/2026 they gave me only a partial refund. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good luck if you have to return something.
