High prices, low explanations

Took to long to send package. I paid the shipping on October 3,2026 and you shipped it on October 12,2026.Its says its going to arrive on the 22nd. Almost a month since i bought the item

The shipping was absolutely LUDICROUS!! SO MUCH COST FOR JUST PLUSHIES! My gosh. Didn't even weigh that much either. And my plushies were all cramped together, which caused some to bend in very important places, which now I have to fix. Service was nice, but good gosh, man. The hell is this world coming to.

What a trash business, they simply lost my packages between the courier and themselves and now in the support tickets they are all dodgy. MORE THAN 3 MONTHS WAITING FOR THEM. THEY JUST LOST MY PACKAGE, NEVER TRUSTING THIS BS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I had a disappointing experience with Shipito.

First, I paid approximately $35 for international shipping, but when the package arrived in Japan, I was unexpectedly required to pay an additional ¥2,330 to Sagawa Express upon delivery. This additional charge was not clearly explained beforehand, which was very frustrating.

Second, I repeatedly and explicitly instructed Shipito to complete my purchase through the GAP app. Despite multiple requests, those instructions were ignored, and the purchase was not handled as requested.

While my package eventually arrived, the lack of clear communication, unexpected extra charges, and failure to follow customer instructions significantly reduced my confidence in the service.

Shipito needs to improve its communication and pay closer attention to customer requests in the future.
