This is the worse delivery service. Driver sent picture of building as proof of delivery. Package never recieved.

Products are delivered in great condition and on time. I appreciate their care with all my deliveries.

This is the first delivery from Veho and everything went smoothly. I was notified of the time frame in which they would deliver. It was left right in front of my door well within the time specified. Driver was pleasant.

They let you know from the day before when your package will come. The deliveries have come on time and in good shape.

I appreciate the timely delivery and the status updates. Value this service provider. I also am told that they hire disabled and neurodivergent people which is very important to me. I will always select third parties that do when I have the chance.

Even though I would prefer for them to come upstairs with the package since sometimes they steal them from the building. At least he sent the pictures so I was able to go and get the package Thank You so much.

I got a text that my package was one stop away and then a text saying it had been delivered. There was an image that said “photo cannot be displayed” where the picture of the delivery should have been. I reached out immediately within 3 minutes to say I had not received the package. Veho told me to contact the seller for a replacement and did nothing to try and retrieve a package that was likely delivered to one of my neighbors. They said they could not reach the driver. No effort at all. Very frustrating as the package was eyeglasses I really needed promptly. Very poor experience and poor customer service. I never have any delivery issues as my address is well marked and I have a covered porch. I get packages nearly daily with no issues at all.

They had a post up right after I made my purchase telling me that everything is good. The next day posted a tracking number for me to follow and it was even early plus a picture of where they left it. Excellent job.

Very on point deliver with care and the quality its amazing

10 days to ship an order within the US. Anticipated delivery date 10.12 and it’s still not here. No word except they don’t have anyone to ship it and no ETA on new delivery time. Very unsatisfactory customer service, I have no idea when or if my package will arrive

I have had at least 5 deliveries in the past with no issues - yesterday was a different story and the biggest issue is how the company support person handled my issue. The issue was the delivery time kept shifting out by several hours and the latest update was after midnight. I tried to message with support person and at first was sending me status updates saying it was deliver and here is the photos - however this was not my order nor my house. I tried messaging this person over two hours and would get canned or responses not answering my issue. This was food delivery and by the time delivered was on the truck for 12 hours. The customer support person even said they were unable to reach the delivery driver and had no was of knowing when it would be delivered. This customer service was terrible and makes we wonder if I should even continue with Tempo for meal services.
