I got a text that my package was one stop away and then a text saying it had been delivered. There was an image that said “photo cannot be displayed” where the picture of the delivery should have been. I reached out immediately within 3 minutes to say I had not received the package. Veho told me to contact the seller for a replacement and did nothing to try and retrieve a package that was likely delivered to one of my neighbors. They said they could not reach the driver. No effort at all. Very frustrating as the package was eyeglasses I really needed promptly. Very poor experience and poor customer service. I never have any delivery issues as my address is well marked and I have a covered porch. I get packages nearly daily with no issues at all.

I was referred to Great Resumes Fast by two colleagues who were very pleased with the service and experience. I worked with Jessica and I am very happy with the outcome. Jessica spent quite a bit of time with me by phone to go over my skill set, career highlights, and professional goals. In spite of not being particularly familiar with my field, she was able to articulate my achievements quickly and accurately. Jessica was able to summarize my career in a much more impressive way than I would have been able to do on my own. I am extremely satisfied with the final product.
