Recently purchased a pair of runner on footlocker. We received the runners and there is a stain on them. The response from Footlocker was to return the runners rather than replace them. My son wanted these runners for a specific event. It looks like these runners where either previously returned and the stain was not noticed or they came from the distribution center with the stain. Either way footlocker suggest a €20 gift card in lue of what is effectively a 2nd hand product.... I work in retail myself and I still cannot believe the suggested solution to this.... VERY Disappointed

Our initial experience was very good, ordered 3 bar stools, took a few weeks to come and I collected them directly from the Dundalk Store. When we opened the 1st box and took the stool out we realized that they where unsuitable for our Island. We immediately went back into the store and they guys told us to contact customer service. It took almost a month for the stools to get picked up and they charged a €50 delivery charge along with a 20% restocking fee. These items where not special order and we offered to drop them back to the local store but. The tone from customer service in general was dismissive to say the least. Apart from the voucher we are waiting on we will never purchase with this company again.

This is a “Gem” of a company. From our initial enquiry to the day of install. One word -Seemless- We had a Zappi EV Charger installed at our house. They installers on site where brilliant. Niall and Deirdre were so professional. 6 stars all round.

I found the process of putting a review up on Trustpilot difficult. It was almost like Trustpilot didn’t want to share a great experience l. Trustpilot questioned my integrity and would not post a truthful review up on the site… I regularly review on google and I have share many experiences both good and bad and google never questioned my integrity…
Bad experience

When both my heating and hot water stopped, I was convinced it was my Climote failing. I rang the support team, ready for a battle. They accessed my device remotely and confirmed it was functioning perfectly. Martin suggested it could be an airlock in the system or a sticking motorised valve—problems I hadn’t even considered. I passed their guidance to my plumber, who quickly found and fixed the valve. I’ll always contact Climote first now—their diagnostics are spot on!

Great set up, they are so entertaining and ultimately are making people’s lives better
