Great Customer Service and Fast Delivery!
I ordered my New Balance shoes online, but unfortunately, the size was too small. I went to the JD Sports store, where the staff helped me with the return and getting the correct size. My replacement shoes arrived within 3 days! Really happy with the quick service and how smoothly everything was handled.

Different size and two left feet
The shoes were a different size and I was given two left feet. Had to change them in store as they were a birthday present for my daughter and didn't realise until she tried them on on the day.
