When asking to talk to a live agent you actually get redirected to another AI. This is easily identifiable by the perfect English, spelling, grammar and punctuation to each and every question that you ask.

No other company (including the large conglomerates) has this level of 'correctness' from helpdesks and Temu having you try to believe there's a 'live agent' on the other end is a blatant attempt to make you give up.

No matter how vehement and angry you get at the 'live agent' the reply is ALWAYS polite, demure and a lot of the times condescending and actual 'emotion' behind their reply.

TL;DR- "live agent" is still AI

I saw the Reindeer candy gift bag with a zipper and smiled. I also ordered the snow man. I did place an order and when I received it, I put the Reindeer in my pile of Christmas gifts for my family. I am going to fill it with fun things each person will appreciate and enjoy. I have not tested the zipper yet but I will use something with color to put in the window and watch my family enjoy their gift. Well done, TEMU!

Temu should be close permanent. The 2 orders i did for my kids never arrived after being paid. All temu had to say was, the $26 & $33 dollars will be credited not back into my card but only purchasing with them again. Store credit only. I need my money put back on my card. I will never buy from temu again, & i do not recommend 😤 temu to anyone. Temu only steals your money.

It was good up until earlier this year but now the processing part takes far longer, returns and refunds have become difficult with some sellers completely ignoring requests. If you have issues don’t expect Temu to help either. I have spent thousands over the years and had many orders from temu but it just doesn’t have the same advantages anymore.

Ordered some stuff, some arrived much didn’t, some was OK some frankly a con. All that I can accept but the tsunami of emails, offers, refunds, upgrades, double refunds, demands for urgent action, it was like I sold my soul to these halfwits.

Temu, know your place and learn from Amazon, when I want stuff I’m happy to pay but don’t assume I’ve become you best mate or long lost brother.

Whilst Temu generally have a lot of interesting products, on further investigation, their prices are not competitive and the quality is, for the most part, highly questionable. Their so called discounts and offers can be persuasive but I typically find their use is actually limited at checkout.

Temu offer slick marketing which results in the hype far exceeding the quality. Having had too many poor experiences, I no longer use Temu.

Cited The Consumer Right Act 15 - still called me a liar. Sent "Letter before Claim" Still call me a LIAR - Immediate Refund denied!

The website provides a substandard user experience, characterized by excessive latency and inaccurate pricing displays. I cannot recommend this platform. Furthermore, there are significant concerns regarding courier reliability, specifically reports of shipments being marked as delivered despite not being received by the customer. not recommended at all

Beyond poor Customer service and total experience.. Temu is not a trustworthy platform and their employees dont give a shit about your experience as long as they get y our money... ordered 8 Items in one delivery.. Package finally Arrives (their shipping is horrible) and One Item is missing have to Contact them and their customer service agent are just intentionally dumb and dont understand anything you try and tell them... I think its on purpose so you get frustrated and give up when they scree everything up... Said Item that didnt arrive I was charged 23.06 for but for some reason they refund me only 14.51... no matter how many times I asked the. Why.. they couldnt understanf what I was asking... and kept trying to say due to discount coupon... to which I kept saying that I actually payed 23.06.. but they just kept playing stupid... 3 days before they shipped me the wrong product and refunded me as a credit when I asked for to be put on my credit card.. Onve again in comes the acting stupid again... So dont trust Temu... its a company built on scamming their customer..

I did enjoy Tenu but recently, they have taken to using horrible logistics couriers - all who have terrible reputations for not delivering properly (if at all) and even worse, for blatant dishonesty. Also, the last item I did receive was absolutely NOT at all as advertised in the listing and after some concerted effort. I got it refunded. I am very upset and have totally quit buying from them and I have quit all their promos and games I used to participate in. I used to recommend them (I work with the public and talk to people all day) but now I warn people a against them. I am sad to feel this way but Temu is now doing a seriously bad job and is displaying a remarkable lack of accountability. Money is tight - I won't order items that I'll probably never get. I want USPS service as that is the only safe way my purchases can be delivered to my locking mailbox while I am at work but Temu prefers to let their customers be upset and lose out on what they've paid for. SHAME ON YOU TEMU!!!

Scam alert temu is totally scam from last 3 months I'm suffering with temu I had placed 3 orders and pay for them and then I receive fake products totally disappointing poor quality products I told them and ask for return and then they refund I believed and but return my all three parcels the refuse to refund and told me I don't return them and their products are in fine condition so don't refund and close their so called ticket then I start posting about their scam and zero customers service they contact me and told they'll resolve my issue then again they told they have picked my parcels and received them i have their chat screenshot where they have confirmed it i ask for my refund they again refuse and told I didn't return they're totally scammers take customers money and then didn't reply them closed their so called tickets and on social media they pretend they're help customers but total scam I'm still posting about them until I don't receive my refund I know why they don't want to refund because my refund amount is higher so beware of their scam they didn't send what they post till now after seeing the evidence of return including their on chat screenshot they refuse to refund I lost my money I'm requesting to all of you don't buy from them

TU HORA EXPRESS is now being used by TEMU. They seem to be as bad as CTT EXPRESS who seem incapable of delivering anything.

When Tu Hora Express show an item “out for delivery” this just means you should see it within 4 days. (Stated by TEMU App)

I emailed Tu Hora Express when my delivery did not appear and gave them 7 hours during which on every day I could guarantee being home.

The response I got was that it was out for delivery 0800-2000. They made it sound like that day but of course I had read the TEMU App and it never arrived.

So is free delivery actually free when you have to sit around for up to 4 days and “track my package” doesn’t work.

I also note there are a lot of complaints that nothing gets delivered.

TEMU who don’t compensate for time wasted and who run a limited support team of 1st line button pushers utilise a strategy of generic responses and an attitude that difficult questions never get answered.

If time is money then the original money saving potential becomes a myth.

Buyers beware and avoid this company if you value your reputation.

We are still waiting on our orders from Temu I’ve got to stage where we are checking on progress of orders held up at customs going through customs nothing concrete Delivery date 17 23 Now 18 24 how much longer It’s been over a month now and still waiting I’d thought Temu uk said Temu uk wharehouse. I am a professional hardware service technician. I purchased a "TEUCER Vertical GPU Mount Kit" (Order ID: PO-116-03046891377270366). During normal operation, this defective item suffered a catastrophic internal short circuit, creating a severe electrical fire hazard that literally burned and melted my computer hardware (ASUS Motherboard PCIe slot and MSI GeForce RTX graphics card). Total physical property damage is 64,250 MKD (approx. $1,150 USD).I provided crystal-clear high-resolution video evidence and original purchase invoices. Supervisor Piper and the legal support team acknowledged the case, promised an urgent escalation, and then put me in 7 days of complete silence, refusing to pay. They are intentionally stalling a severe product liability issue. I demand that a senior executive from the compliance department contacts me immediately to process the full financial refund to my payment card!

I'm disgusted with temu, I bought some candles recently which are defect, yes I can return but I've already bought the same product else where, so temu gets money for nothing, you have to prove the defects on anything yet you still have the problem of returning, why do you want brocken products, I'm goin back to my usual sellers on a different site, which has all the same stuff and no min checkout, I also bought a clock which is now flashing madly on my wall which is fine but I'm glad I'm not epileptic, I bought the cupboard lights, which are proving to be a pain in the pip, a lot of adds carrying the same items but different size,s which is a living nightmare, it becomes apparent they don't have much when your passing duplicated products they can't seem to keep together, the sight is designed to confuse people and the cheaper you buy the worst the product. Temu are a disgrace. I bought a pergola. It's too big and I requested a return/refund which is offered on every purchase. They are FORCING ME into getting the item returned and REFUSING TO PROVIDE A RETURNS LABEL. Everytime I contacted them and ask for their help, I get the same BRUSH OFF. They really are a disgrace. And clearly don't care about their customer's.. And no doubt they will provide the same nonsense response to this complaint.. Notice the same garbage response from them EVERY TIME....AVOID AT ALL COST

My experience with clothing for women , and clothing for youth girl have been great. Sizes fit great an material is really cheaply made. The price is really cheap but great fabric. I luv them .

Temu is a fraudulent company that takes your money and they don't refund for stolen unsuccessful deliveries.
I have been burnt more than once and have lost hard earned money because of of this company I for one have learnt my lesson and will never purchase from this company again.
When you do get the items that you ordered it is less than you expected and the quality is very questionable.
