I stayed in a home in Tennessee, where there was no heat in the building. Temperature outside is in the 50s. There is a rodent in the house somewhere there’s rodent feces everywhere. The owners know this because there is rodent poison stashed away in a place where they think no one will see it. There is so much dust. I have not been able to breathe since I got here the air conditioner, which is a wall unit leaks water onto the floor even when not being used. These are just a couple of the things in a long list of problems. I tried to call Airbnb and talk to them about it, and they made it abundantly clear to me that they don’t care. I will never use Airbnb again.

I paid 500 dollars for a sound system that sounds like headphones from the 80s. HORRIBLE sound!

Beware of this co. I spoke to customer service. The lady looked my order up and found exactly what machine I have but refused to sell me replacement cables. I have to jump through a bunch of emails in order to get cables. If you know what machine I have what is the problem. She was very dismissive and did not care that I took the time to call them. HORRIBLE customer service

There is no such thing as Hulu with no adds. I just spent over 45 minutes on the phone with them trying to find anything without adds. Turns out we found a film produced by hulu with no adds but that is as far as it goes. If it was not made by Hulu it will have adds. This is Unbelievably malicious. Talk about false advertising.

This co. customer service is absolutely horrific. They give you a bogus tracking number that does no more than report the stops the package makes. useless. It does not tell you when to expect the package. Called to ask a person and was met by such dissidence I will NEVER order again. To bad because I like the product.

Amazon is officially the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are rude. You can not understand them. I had 10, yes 10 different people in my house hear this person speak. None of us could understand her. I asked to be transferred and she told me "NO there is no-one else to talk to" she refused to transfer us and it took ten of us almost ten minutes to realize what she was saying. She had me so mad I sunk to fowl epitaph. I hung up and called back. The next person was not any better. She just kept going in circles. Do not get me started on the automated customer service. HORRIBLE. Try to get help on the site. They literally hide things or make them not an option so that they don't have to deal with it. I am done with amazon. Once great now HORRIBLE!

Don't be fooled by this co. I just had a customer who has a policy that says in black and white that the water pump is covered. I called started the claim for them and was told it was not covered. I said but is says right here in her policy that water pumps are covered. "His reply was ya but the seal is leaking. It's the seal not the pump". So I asked how does a water pump fail but to have the seal leak. He said "I did not know. It is not covered. Have a nice day. This customer paid two thousand dollars for a useless policy. DO not be fooled.
