I placed an order on Sunday 19-Jan-25. Received confirmation the order would be delivered on Tuesday 21-Jan. Received notification that Amazon has delivered order and placed by my front door / porch - I don't have a porch. Shocked that the package was just left in view. Contacted a neighbour to ask them to take the package in for me. Neighbour advised there was no package. Sent 3 emails to Smile Therapy Customer Service with the screenshot of the delivery from Amazon, together with Amazon's tracking number, so they can follow up with Amazon. I eventually received a replacement

*****AVRIL**** an amazing, professional, knowledgeable customer service agent. I called today as I received a penalty notice for parking my car at my local railway station. I used the SABA app. I had inadvertently entered one digit wrong on my Car Registration. I have been parking there for 6 days and automatically paid each day on the app not realising the registration was wrong. I explained all this to who looked into my account and could see that it was a legitimate mistake. Avril explained that I would receive further Penalty Notices in the coming days, but not to worry and that I would have to call and lodge each penalty notice separately as how the their system works is each PN is classed as a separate incident. I was so relieved to hear that I wouldn't have to pay all the Penalty Charges. Thank you so much for your time and patience explaining everything to me Avril. It was nice to speak to an agent who was sympathetic, caring and reassuring. Keep up the good work!

I was returning a faulty pair of earrings without a receipt due to them being a gift over a year ago! Thought it might be a problem… hell no! Madame do you have the email address of the person who purchased the gift for you… boom! Job done. Very slick process and I received a brand new pair of earrings within 4 days! Thank you
