I would like to thank the team for their professional and understanding approach in dealing with my parking appeal. They took the time to review my circumstances and consider the evidence of my valid Blue Badge.
I’m really pleased with the outcome and appreciate their fairness, patience and willingness to resolve the matter positively. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that listens to its customers and is prepared to exercise discretion when appropriate.
Thank you for your help and for resolving the matter so professionally. I’m very grateful for the positive outcome and would happily recommend their service based on my experience.
Bloody useless. Was hanging on and on and ended up being disconnected. This company don’t give a shit and just want as much money as they can extort from you. All for being 38 mins late back to my car after suffering shortness of breadth brought on by a heart problem. Should be embarrassed to work there. Don’t know how people working for this company sleep at night
The company is very considerate. I did not realised that I had to register my car on the premises being monitered by your compay. I appealed against their decision and they kindly accepted my appeal.
Really applaudable.
Could only talk to a bot. They're chasing for a parking fine that I appealed, said I wanted the response in writing and never received it. I've moved home since and had only one letter make it's way through the postal redirect, but the bot claims 3 have been sent. They say they have denied my appeal despite precedent being set for extra time for disabled people, particularly as i had to unload, put together, pull and part and stow my mobility aid. They claim sufficient signage, but the sign was too small to read on entry and there were no further signs around the disabled parking area. I even went to check if I had to input anything before leaving in the shelter to find that there is no longer a machine there. There was no signage in the shelter either. Nor was there an indication I needed to register in the restaurant I visited and no member of staff directed me there either. I didn't see anything on entry or exit. It might have been obscured by the staff assisting my access in and out of the restaurant on my mobility scooter.
Speaking to a bot, they have no discretion. All they want is you to pay. It doesn't matter if it's a one-off mistake. It shows by how they only provide the minimal amount of signage and make sure attention is not brought to it.
Overall, this is a company that does it's best to thwart drivers and does not care about accommodating disabilities under the equalities act.
Customer service was great. Communication to my query also. Dispute resolved quickly. Thank you
Proceed with caution my wife and I have received demanding letters from a company called ZZPS Limited (their reference GPL02237441826) a UK based debt recovery and financial services agency of 400 Dashwood Lasng Road, Bourne Business Park, Addlestone Surrey KT15, 2NX telephone + 44(0) 1932 918916 on behalf or their client Globe Protection Limited (their reference GPL02237441826) of Parking Admin Centre, 400 Dashed Lang Road, Bourne Business Park Addlestone Surrey, KT15 2NX telephone +044(0)1932 918098, website - for payment of two parking charges dated 13 August 2026 and 21 August 2026 at an address that we have not lived at for over 20 years and for a vehicle that we disposed off over thirty years ago,
Interestingly both companies share the same address. Unfortunately Globe Protection are not a company Trustpilot cover. Hereunder is the background
Globe Protection sent us two parking charges dated 13 August 2026 and 21 August 2026 at an address that we have not lived at for over 20 years and for a car that we disposed off over thirty years ago, each parking charge is titled “PARKING CHARGE TO REGISTERED KEEPER” (in upper case, bold, red), stating parking charge reference GPL02237441826. The homeowner at the address we have not lived at for over 20 years kindly forwarded us the "Globe Protection parking charges (and ZZPS's demands for payment)" to us when they returned from being travelling on the 29 September 2026
Globe Protection's letters are titled “PARKING CHARGE TO REGISTERED KEEPER” stating “Having identified that a contravention occurred, your data has been released by the DVLA as we have reasonable cause (under Regulation 21(1)e) of the Road Vehicles ((Registration and Licensing) Regulation 2022); their records indicate that you were the registered keeper on the date of the parking event.”
The location where the alleged parking charges event occurred was approximately 109 miles from away from our current address.
I called Globe Protection on 0932 918098, option 2 on 29th September 2026 and spoke with Kathryn Taylor, explaining we had not lived at this address for over 20 years and had disposed of this vehicle over 30 years ago and could prove neither my wife nor I were at the location where alleged parking charges event took place. Katryin Taylor stated they “Globe Protection” had received our details from the DVLA and that proved we were the owner of the vehicle, on the DVLA database, and liable for these parking charges. When challenged that the DVLA database was wrong Kathryn Taylor dismissed that as impossible and suggested we should contact DVLA and obtain written confirmation to the contrary, Kathryn Taylor was not interested in our dilemma, only conceding to mark the file as pending.
Anyway we contacted the DVLA, who incidentally were very professional and after verifying our identity, confirmed there data base shows that neither my wife nor I are the registered keeper of the vehicle, or is it registered at the address claimed by Globe (& ZZPS) and that the DVLA would not divulge incorrect information to Globe Protection Ltd. So it is evident that Kathryn Taylor of Globe Protection was not truthful with me on the phone by stating that Globe obtained our information from the DVLA database as the current registered keeper at this address of the vehicle.
It would appear that there is something fundamentally wrong with what is going on here and this should not happen. I would add the anxiety and time it takes get to the bottom these scenarios is immense.
Phoned today Tue 29 sept and the lad who I spoke with was very helpful and sorted every I needed sorting other the phone as I was having problems with the online forms but the lad sorted everything for me thanks again for being so helpful to me hopefully I won't need to ring them again

Only given one star for this company.
I parked at the telford train station on multiple occasions .
Never have I ever had a parkkng charge .
Then I recive a letter saying ive failed to obtain parking .
I sent proof off multiple times only to he told we have no record of this even proof of dates times and payments .
Now they want me to pay 170 x2 .
So I made a small payment to try and sort this out .
Only to find the next day 3 payments had tried to he charged to my bank card .
One payment at 0.01p
And 2 payments at 40 pound that was for ev chargeing .
Ive been made out to he a lier even tho I have proved that I paid to park .
I have also had the fraud team from my back contact me about these 3 payments .
And my card now has been blocked due to this .
I have also lodged a complaint with the fraud team and have a crime number as well .
To take someones bank card and use it for your own gain is not on .
Its a good job my bank contracted me when they did or who know what would have happened.
Also they dont wanna hear anything apart from when can u pay .
Even tho im inosent and showed 100% proof that I paid to park .
Be careful guys

Absolute joke - new car parking in my area. i have a permit - there was a typo in my car registration plate on their new online platform. Appealed the charged and showed evidence - but still need to pay a ticket.

After my Father received a parking charge whilst visiting a local hospital for a scan, I was very appreciative of the customer service received by Emma and Leila through the appeals process and the understanding shown with regard to the situation. Thank you.

On 07.07.26, I received a PCN after parking in the Barking Hospital Car Park whilst waiting for my wife to attend a clinic appointment. The disabled bays were full, so I parked in a normal bay and displayed her Blue Badge. On appeal, the Parking Admin Centre kindly cancelled the PCN as it was a "first occasion". The problem that I encountered is that there appears to be only one parking notice at the entrance to the hospital (which one cannot stop to read, otherwise one would block the entrance) and once inside the car park, I could not see any signs to check. I thought that I had done the right thing. However, from correspondence received, these are the rules in Barking Hospital Car Park: "Free Blue Badge concessionary parking is available if parked within a designated Blue Badge Bay only. To register parking, please fully always display the Blue Badge in the front windscreen whilst parked and register your visit on the payment machine by selecting the Blue Badge parking option. However,if parking in a standard marked bay due to there being no available Blue Badge Bays, the standard tariffs apply, which can be paid via the machine located within the car park. Please ensure the full and correct vehicle registration is provided at the point of registering/payment." I have given a 4* review because the Parking Admin Centre behaved with a human response and not a 'jobsworth' manner. However, I think that the signage should be more abundant and prominent. Also, I find it very nonsensical that one can park on a yellow line or a double yellow line in a street with a blue badge with no charge, but not in Barking Hospital Car Park in a normal car park bay.

I wish reviews like this didn't require a one-star minimum, because this is a zero-star organisation.
Bold, red, all caps type in their letters; predatory language; general callousness. Just the lowest of the low.
Anyone who works for organisations like this, I hope you take a good look in the mirror, and understand that you are what is wrong with humanity, and employers and employees like you will accelerate the demise of species and perhaps planet.
I'd say you should be ashamed, but you don't understand what shame is, do you?

I was very put off by the recorded message telling me I was consenting to data permissions without any indication of what those permissions were - hence the reduced from 5 stars, however once I got through to a person - Jake, it was a pleasure dealing with him, he handled my frustration in a calm and charming manner, recognising that whilst I was frustrated and confused, I was not cross with him personally allowing him to deal with my worries effectively before going on to complete the rest of the transaction in an efficient and friendly manner. 5+ stars for Jake and 2 stars for the recorded message averaging the 4 star rating.

Very helpful and explained everything to me. We had put an appeal in and the automatic appeal date had run out unfortunately this activated a debt letter then being sent. Things are now sorted out thank you.
