Seamless connection
It was easy to connect my eSim in my country and when I reached my destination, as soon as I was within a good network range, I was able to connect. It was seamless, easy to check my data usage on the app, and then go online whenever I needed.

On a trip to Europe, my hotel Wi-Fi was so slow and outside Wi-Fi was unreliable. I couldn’t take it anymore so I got helloroam for a few days. It was tricky to set up correctly because of the primary settings (with my original number).
But I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp. Super responsive and helpful, with specific and clear steps to troubleshoot. Appreciate having 4G roaming instead of being stuck with in and out Wi-Fi during my trip!!

From what you’ve described, it is more likely related to **device configuration or network selection**, which can usually be resolved quickly by adjusting the eSIM settings or manually selecting the correct network.

Terrible experience with Helloroam customer service. When I arrived to Toronto tried to activate the Esim for me and my husband, and didn't work. Sent an email to customer service and no answer. In summary I spend the money and couldn't be able to connect to internet. For me Helloroam is not reliable, when you need help.
